I don't know about lasting peace but Christ is the answer to the first two.

I don't believe there will be any real peace prior to Christ's return, though it's possible for there to be periods of relative peace.

Christ is the one who brings peace and is our only Savior. Through Him the two become 1. Through Him we are saved from the wrath of God. Through Him we are reconciled to God.
