When Jesus said that we are going to be persecuted, His prophecy began to be fulfilled right there in the early New Testament church soon after Christ ascended into Heaven. Afterwards, throughout the centuries, there are countless examples of the persecution of Christians because of their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
And it's no different before Jesus comes.
Jesus followers will be persecuted throughout all of Israel and in all of Israels cities.

Then Jesus comes.

Mathew 10
22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

23 But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come.

This persecution in Israel is recorded in Daniel and revelation and several parts of the gospel.

I believe that you are implying that you don't believe that there will be the Rapture of the Church. Is that correct?

We've already been discussing that chapter.
*sighs*
We've been looking at more than a few passages of the Bible. Would it hurt you to simply just answer my question, or do you prefer to be vague with your answers?

Why should I believe Jesus followers in Israel who are imprisoned and killed would be raptured when Jesus plainly says they will be imprisoned and killed?

I think the term would be resurected.

The Rapture of the Church, the Body of Christ, is going to be a world wide event. The persecutions of the believers in Jesus occurring during the Tribulations Period will be upon those who accept Jesus Christ as Savior after the Rapture.

By the way, after the Ascension of Christ, believers and followers of Jesus were imprisoned and killed in Israel. Obviously, some of that was recorded in The Book of Acts.

The whole number to be killed in Israel is not fulfilled quite yet.

Revelation 6
9 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:

10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth?

11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

They come out of great tribulation after the 144000 have been redeemed from the soil.
It takes place after the 6th seal.is opened.

Revelation 7
9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.

11 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,

12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.

13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?

14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

The martyrdom of followers of Jesus will be occurring all over the world during the Tribulation Period.

I've never read that in the bible.

I've only read of them being imprisoned and killed in Israel.Like I said before. While they are being imprisoned and killed, you will be typing on your keyboard.

This takes place in Israel.
Daniel 11:33-35
Wise leaders will give instruction to many, but these teachers will die by fire and sword, or they will be jailed and robbed.
During these persecutions, little help will arrive, and many who join them will not be sincere.
And some of the wise will fall victim to persecution. In this way, they will be refined and cleansed and made pure until the time of the end, for the appointed time is still to come.

This persecution takes place after the second beast arrives in Israel to practice the authority of the first beast on its behalf.

I've already told you.

Then, after the 6th seal is opened and all hell breaks loose, the christians come out of the great tribulation of the 6th seal. They are saved at that time from being consumed and destroyed.
As Daniel wrote in Daniel 12:1.At that time, everyone who's names are written are delivered .

Revelation 7:9-14 is talking about christians from the nations.

Absolutely, I disagree with you. When the 7 Year Tribulation period happens, I shall be praising the Lord God Almighty and lifting up songs and praises to my Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ because I won't be on the earth. I very strongly believe in the pre-Tribulation Rapture of the Church, the Body of Christ.
The Christians mentioned in Revelations 7 are those whom call upon the name of the Lord to be saved, and accept Him as their Lord and Savior during the Tribulation period and during the various judgments being poured out upon the world by the Lord God.

Well then you will not believe any of the prophecies concerning the beast and the false prophet are taking place while they are being fulfilled.

You wouldn't even believe the man of sin is lying before Jesus comes and takes the church .
Same time Jesus consumes the man of sin at his coming.

For this is a truth spoken by Paul ,the Lord will not gather us unto him till there has been a falling away and the man of sin has been revealed whom the Lord shall consume when he comes.

2 Thes 2
2 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,

2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.

3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.

7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

As a matter of fact, the man of sin has already been revealed and you have not left yet because Jesus has not come and killed the man of sin yet.

I've seen people such as yourself claim Jesus will come and secretly come and get you 7 years before the church is raised from the dead.
I don't know where you get your irrational beliefs. No prophets of God has ever said such .
You will not proceed the church that has died and is buried in the dust of the earth.

You even read that the man of sin comes to his end when the resurection takes place in Daniel.

The end of the man of sin Paul was speaking of in thes 2.And the resurection of the church at the time of great tribulation right here in Daniel.

Daniel 11:45-12:2
And he shall pitch the tabernacle of his palace between the seas in the holy mountain of beauty: but he shall come to his portion, and there is none to deliver him.
And at that time Michael the great prince shall stand up, that stands over the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of tribulation, such tribulation as has not been from the time that there was a nation on the earth until that time: at that time thy people shall be delivered, even every one that is written in the book.
And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to reproach and everlasting shame.

Yes, Rev 7:0 is the Christian peoples.
But do not be deceived; They are on earth. Nowhere is it said they are in heaven. Ezekiel and Stephen saw Gods Throne while they were on earth,
