It's hard to find on Google, so here's what you need to know about E. Jean Carroll, most of which was deemed "inadmissible" by the judge:

-Carroll was unable to remember when this alleged attack even occurred. She told her lawyer in 2023, “This question, the when, the when, the date, has been something I’ve [been] constantly trying to pin down.” She has jumped years — originally beginning with 1994, then moving to 1995, and even floating to 1996. She cannot remember the season in which the alleged attack occurred either.

-Carroll first came forward — conveniently — with the allegations while promoting her book What Do We Need Men For? in 2019, which featured a list of “The Most Hideous Men of My Life.”

- She said she was never raped, telling the New York Times’ podcast, The Daily, “Every woman gets to choose her word.

-There are zero witnesses to the alleged sexual attack. In a store that always has many not a 1

-Bergdorf Goodman has no surveillance video of the alleged incident.

- She couldn't recall the date, month, season, or year the incident happened

- She never told anyone about it, despite being publicly obsessed with her own sexuality

- The dress she claims to have been wearing didn't exist at the time

- Her description of the dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman was inaccurate, making her sequence of events impossible

- Her lawsuit was bankrolled by Jeffrey Epstein pal and Democrat (and Nikki Haley) mega-donor Reid Hoffman

- Democrats created a law (The Adult Survivors Act in 2022) to enable her lawsuit to proceed

- Her accusation is the exact plotline of an episode of Law & Order (one of her "favorite shows")

- Trump's Apprentice was also one of her favorite shows - She has a history of falsely accusing men of r*pe, including Les Moonves

- She told Anderson Cooper, "most people think of r*pe as being sexy. Think of the fantasies."

- She made a career promoting promiscuity, even writing glowingly of sexual assault and naming her cat Vagina

  • Sexual misconduct allegations

Donald Trump's signature
Seal of the President of the United States
Donald Trump, the president of the United States from 2017 to 2021, has been accused of rape, sexual assault, and sexual harassment, including non-consensual kissing or groping, by at least 25 women since the 1970s.[1][2]
In October 2016, Trump publicly vowed to sue all the women who have made allegations of sexual misconduct against him, as well as The New York Times for publishing the allegations.[3][4]
The accusations have resulted in multiple instances of litigation: his then-wife Ivana made a rape claim during their 1990 divorce litigation but later recanted that claim;[5] businesswoman Jill Harth sued Trump in 1997 alleging breach of contract while also suing for sexual harassment but agreed to forfeit her sexual harassment claim as part of a settlement she received relating to the former suit; and, in 2017, former The Apprentice contestant Summer Zervos filed a defamation lawsuit after Trump accused her of lying about her sexual misconduct allegations against him.[6] In June 2019, writer E. Jean Carroll alleged in New York magazine that Trump raped her in a department store dressing room in 1995 or 1996. The magazine said two friends of Carroll confirmed that Carroll had previously confided in them in regard to the incident. Trump called the allegation fiction and denied ever meeting Carroll, although New York had published a photo of Trump and Carroll together in 1987.[7][8][9] On May 9, 2023, a New York jury in civil case found Trump liable for sexual abuse and defamation against Carroll, but found him not liable for rape. They awarded Carroll $5 million in damages.[10] A September 2023 partial summary judgment again found Trump liable for defaming Carroll. On January 26, 2024, Trump was ordered to pay Carroll an additional $83.3 million in damages.[11]
Two of the allegations (by Ivana Trump and Jill Harth) became public before Trump's candidacy for president, but the rest arose after a 2005 audio recording was leaked during the 2016 presidential campaign. Trump was recorded bragging that a celebrity like himself "can do anything" to women, including "just start kissing them ... I don't even wait" and "grab 'em by the [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse]". Trump subsequently characterized those comments as "locker room talk" and denied actually behaving that way toward women, and he also apologized for the crude language. Many of his accusers stated that Trump's denials provoked them into going public with their allegations. Another type of accusation was made, primarily after the audio recording surfaced, by several former Miss USA and Miss Teen USA contestants, who accused Trump of entering the dressing rooms of beauty pageant contestants. Trump, who owned the Miss Universe franchise, which includes both pageants, was accused of going into dressing rooms in 1997, 2000, 2001, and 2006, while contestants were in various stages of undress. Trump had already referred to this practice during a 2005 interview on The Howard Stern Show, saying he could "get away with things like that" because he owned the beauty pageants in which the women and girls were competing. In October 2019, the book All the President's Women: Donald Trump and the Making of a Predator[a] by Barry Levine and Monique El-Faizy was published, containing 43 additional allegations of sexual misconduct against Trump.[12][13]

“But why don’t women report when they are raped…?”
I could believe her accusations if she had made them within the statutory limit for a criminal case, instead of a civil lawsuit case.

That shouldn’t matter and if it does to you, that says more about you than her or her experience.

The evidence is against Jean Carroll was presented in the appeal and became public knowledge just recently, of which Trump is
most likely to have a favorable outcome.

The most important evidence aside from Carroll's bogus accusations is that the judge who presided over the case was
friends and classmate of Carroll's attorney, and never revealed the conflict of interest.

We then saw Carroll's interview by Rachel Madow which shows a gold-digger attitude rather than a real victim.

It's just more evidence of the Democrats trying to manipulate the 2024 election in Biden's favor. nothing more.

If all the accusations against Trump goes through, the US has indeed become like a "banana republic," where
opposing candidates to the incumbent are smeared with possible convictions.

Hmmm. The loser lost. Now his supporters are grasping at straws. If it was anyone except 45, I wonder if they would react the same.

I disagree! The facts on Caroll are disturbing, that they could be used against anyone, not just Trump.

The judge should be removed from the bench for not excluding himself from the case being he was friends
with the plaintiff's lawyer and even met with her prior to coming to trial.

The accusations Caroll brought, were obviously bogus.

The appeal court will decide

The facts are very disturbing. Especially the fact that $5,000,000 was not enough punishment for Mr Trump to learn humility and stop defaming the lady.

You mean he did not defame her? That is bogus?
You mean he defended himself when she made accusations against him?

Like he said, he never met her and the evidence is now showing that he may have been right all along.

The Jury said it was defamation. He identified her as his ex-wife.

Was he actually speaking about his ex-wife and not Caroll?
They ask him to identify a photo of a woman. He said it was Marla his ex-wife. It was a photo of E Jean Carrol.

So, he thought it was his ex-wife, that's possible.

BTW, this was a civil trial to determine how much Trump
would have to pay. He was already found liable in the previous
trial. In civil trials like this, there were only 9 jurors and they didn't
have to reach a unanimous decision, just a majority decision.

The appeal will show more than this, but right now, Caroll's accusation
seem fabricated.

Well, he has been effectively silenced. He is afraid to even mention Carrol's name.
