Why is atheism growing so fast in the US? each city has it's own atheist branch now with more being formed every week,

Your problem is that all the stuff that points to a history older than 6000 years that is unnecessary, and that is just about everything, makes your god a deceiver. And all you can offer in reply is "I'm not their judge" and "That's your arena not mine". Sorry, but it's your hypothesis that causes god to be painted as a deceiver, not ours.
