  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

That link has got to be an example of one of the most ignorant people alive today.

I mean really - people at the equator should have reflective skin and people at the poles should have dark skin....? Has this guy never heard of Melamin and Vitamin D production....?

Cant be bothered to go through the rest but it bordered on so idiotic it must be a wind up.

Here are ten scientific facts that evolution is wrong:

9. Origin of matter and stars.

Even Eric Hovind gets really confused on that one. But I'm not supprised, he uses his dad's circular reasoning mime, which is an excellent example of complete ignorance on the formation of elements.

10. Peanut butter.

I believe credit for that one goes to Chuck Missler. Ray Comfort is the banana expert. Both ingredients, however, go well together on white bread, sometimes with a touch of honey.

See if you can guess why the rest of the webpage is worth ignoring.
I chuckled when I read that one.

I thought to myself, "No way am I gonna pass up making a thread outta this one!"

He's against evolution though, and that's what counts.

It seems he's just totally ignorant to anything having to do with science, not just evolution.

Theories don't graduate into laws, and laws aren't always 100% correct. He's got so many things wrong in the first two sentences alone. If the author doesn't know these things, then why should anyone bother reading the rest of it? The entire page is non-stop PRATTs.

John 1:46 And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip saith unto him, Come and see.

What's that axiom you guys like to use on us?

Even a broken clock is right twice a day?
If the author doesn't know these things, then why should anyone bother reading the rest of it?
Entertainment?

To fuel some fake indignation?

Fodder for venting and ridicule?
The entire page is non-stop PRATTs.
Page of what? the Bible or the link? (or both?)

I stopped after reading the first line:
"The Theory of Evolution is not a scientific law or a law of biology. A scientific law must be 100% correct."

I chuckled when I read that one.

I thought to myself, "No way am I gonna pass up making a thread outta this one!"

He's against evolution though, and that's what counts.

Really? If he's a fool and makes Christianity look foolish, that doesn't matter?

And what am I when I use the Bible as my source?

(Please hold your answer to two or three; and respect site rules.)

I don't know if it is possible to answer your question and to respect site rules.
So it's easier for you to comment if I use sites like that, than it is for me to use the Bible?

It's better to avoid both and just look at the universe around you. Lift your head up and away from the words of confused people and point it straight ahead or to the sky for once.
