Noah's Ark was, in my opinion, a 4d brane structure that could house all the animals, as well as Noah and his family, with plenty of space left over.

With roughly over 5 Billion species that have died out, (which is over 99% of all species that have ever lived) the inside of the Ark must have been pretty large to hold them all so that after the flood they could than go extinct.
