A recent report alleged he referred to himself by saying, "by the way, I'm proud to be, as I said, the first vice president, first Black woman, to serve with a Black president."

One would hope it was fake but it appears the statement was made during a radio interview on the 4th. Business Insider covered it. He wasn't the only one who slipped. Harris nearly introduced him as vice president the same day at a white house event.

Maybe they both need some rest.

It doesn’t matter. Joe is continuing on, doubling down, and not stepping down. Nobody in the inner circle has the guts to call in a doctor to certify him unfit and remove him per article 25. Who cares about the torpedoes. Full speed ahead.

It’s abject goofiness. The whacko thing would be if his people pull out a victory for him and someone would have to explain it to him. They could reward him with some ice cream.
