If you could see any extinct animal come back alive, which would you choose? For me I'd have to say the Dodo bird. They're just so funny looking.
Either that or a Mammoth. If you could see any extinct animal come back alive, which would you choose? For me I'd have to say the Dodo bird. They're just so funny looking.

Neanderthals
This might be cheesy, but I'd love to see a real T-Rex
The T-Rex was feathered? I thought that was the raptor?Even the feathered kind?

This was going to be my answer. Although I remember watching a show from Neil DeGrasse Tyson about how cruel doing something like that may be. Humanity still has problems with the various human races, bringing something as different as a Neanderthal might not end well. Ironically, the topic if Neanderthals and Neanderthal genes in modern humans is used by many racists to claim the superiority and inferiority of certain races.
Also from what I read, Neanderthal communications and vocal cords are pretty primitive compared to modern humans. Not sure how much ape like vocals from them will go down. Plus plenty of religious people will harass them as abominations. The women who are much less neotenous than modern women would probably be viewed as quite ugly and undesirable. The men might fare better, although I've read they were often quite short and stocky although maybe a modern diet might give them more potential for growth.
Actually.. this sounds like the idea for an interesting film. Lol.. although maybe it's already been made in a crappy TV movie format.. lol.
I believe so. Although to what extent is debated.
Birds are descendent from dinosaurs.
?? how do they use it to claim superiority ? which cultural group are they assuming has or doesn't have these genes (which is something like 2.5-3% of the world population)
