Mostly guns without holsters.. Most murders do not care much about proper gun accessories.. And in most of these economically challenged Latino nations holsters are beyond most of the peoples budget..

Yes, there is alot to unpack in that number. According to the CDC homicides were 11,008 of that number. 21,386 were suicides.

I'm confused by the chart. 29.7% of 1,000,000 is 297,000. You take that number and times it by 323 (323 M population of the country). That can't be right. In one year? No.

I'm running on one cup of coffee this morning, and NOT totally awake. What part of the math equation to figure out the number did I get wrong here. lol I mean we didn't have 95,931,000 MILLION people murdered in one year. CDC stats don't show that. I'm confused. Did they leave out a portion of the chart with 'ie' notes that I'm missing here? I know it should be blaring me in the face, but it isn't.

We had an exchange student who said "You get used to it" from Ireland.

That they have peace now even after so many decades and decades and decades of troubles and killing is a real testament to having enough people do "forgive" and enough do "love your enemy". It's really a miracle. Even maybe in a way as high or higher than the level of the Camp David Accord peace Carter (strong Christian btw) brought about between Israel and Egypt after 3 hot wars.

It's 29 per 1 million not 29%
