More importantly, what is the goal behind it? Consider your surroundings. This isn’t an alien community and the majority are likely to question it. Whether they say so or not.

Certainly in the bible we have nothing that suggests that the Nephilim would be working with 21stcentury governments, or that UFOs are fallen angels.

The reason I'm saying this is I've been approached by human-looking entities in my dreams. The wore uniforms. Dad was approached by the same entities wearing the same uniforms. He told me his dream before I told mine so I'm very sure we didn't get the idea off each other.

They got around in a spaceship. They came to me and told me they come in the Name of Jesus. I told them they're lying. Then I saw terror in their eyes. They became very terrified and flew away.

I think an entity showing strong reactions to the name of Jesus whether positive or negative is not cut dry and simple. I think there's more. Same thing with spirits reacting strongly to religious symbols.

They have many appearances and may appear to you as the creature you fear most or trust.

A possible real life encounter in my teens. It caused a ruccus and woke up everyone in the house past 12am and my sister saw my bed floating on one side and objects in our room vibrating and moving. We also heard something that sounded like a tornado. It was loud. We live in a neighborhood where the houses are right next to each other but none woke up to the commotion.

I remember an entity briefly sitting beside me and telling me a few things. It wore black so my sister barely saw it in the dark of the night. It did not look human. Then again, the moment I looked at it, it seemed to flee in terror back to whatever it came from. It got out through the window in the attic and immediately, the loud tornado noise ceased.

The tornado like noise is eerily similar to the circumstances whenever prophets of the OT had an encounter with God. However, I don't think it's God but something else pretending to be God.

The Hebrew name Yeshua which is the root of the Greek Ieosus is a common name in the period, it`s also a shortened form of Yehoshua(Joshua)

Although that works too. I'm not sure driving entities out literally by ending a command or prayer with "Jesus" is what the Bible meant.

The Greek word from which "name" was derived "Onoma" meant "authority/character" according to Strong's and in this case, the authority/character of our Lord. Not literally something you call someone.

I have driven out entities just by gaze or just by telling them about their schemes. I didn't even have to shout. This sometimes work on people too (not all the time) but supernatural entities are ironically more sensitive to it.

Jude 1:8-10 describes how Archangel Michael drove away the devil without saying Jesus. Him being an archangel does not entitle him to such method but for working in the authority/character of our Lord.

I prefer doing things as accurately as possible. If I have to consult the Greek scriptures. We're unsure of the consequences even with a slight error even if seems to be working. "Re-possessions" happen and the worst ones are the ones you can't tell apart from "normal".

Even many Christians have an almost "programmed" responses when presented with topics like UFOs and ghosts or demonic entities but you can discern their terror at the possibility of encountering one for real almost like a trauma.

Nightmares are often "them" "feeding" at your spiritual energy and if living under the authority/character of the Lord, you'll get a lot less almost to the point of total cessation OR the ability to fight in your nightmare and turning that nightmare into a nice dream.

People who fear death or worry too much about their survival are often targets of these attacks. The devil can use it as a "bargaining chip" to be able to cast fear on them. Fear is how they get to you. There are Biblical passages telling that seeking to save your life (self-preservation mentality/philosophy) is a bad thing. The worse of the consequence is missing the chance at eternal life which is most ironic. The worst being missing out on the Lord or the truth entirely.

Well God may have locked them away for now or God may limit their activity. The Bible just simply does not say as to the current age and are they active or not. I know as time went on in The New Testament, less and less is seen of their activity mostly in Acts or all in Acts.
