Had a chance to try the spaghetti squash?

Not yet! I read that they're ripe once they turn a golden yellow color. I look at them every day, have found about a half dozen so far. Squash have a way of hiding. One is about as big as an elongated cantaloupe. But they're all either still white or beginning to turn green. Apparently they can be eaten when still green, but lack some sweetness. I do have one yellow summer squash but it's still small.

Very happy for you! I'm waiting for a trowel I ordered the same day I ordered the Miracle Gro. I got a haircut about a month ago. To save money I don't get them very often.

I get a haircut about every six weeks. I go to Great Clips. Sometimes we get a coupon in the mail for half off, other times they have unadvertised specials. Otherwise I think their cuts are as cheap or less than at other places. They put your haircut info in their computer so wherever and whenever you go you don't have to explain what you want done.

Please pray for folks in Perryton in the Texas panhandle. At least one dead and 75 injured, pictures show houses as piles of rubble. Been watching a lot of weather on the local stations all evening -- nothing else on -- lots going on in OK and here in north TX. And many other spots around the country including OH, MI and FL. The weather is insane.

I told my husband I'm going to turn the whole backyard into a vegetable garden (if it's okay with him ) He said go for it but don't wear myself out. Even though I won't be able to plant much more before fall, I've ordered some seeds.

I thought those small subs were attached by cables to a ship. Guess that's not the case. I pray they locate it in time.

You wouldn't catch me in a cramped space thousands of feet beneath the ocean.

Does anyone here use one of those foam mattress toppers? They're sometimes memory foam and about 3-4 inches thick. Wondering if they're any good?
