At the beginning, it was perfect ("good" as The Lord put it) We can't blame satan for mankind's choices. The Lord gave/gives, them/us free-will...'the doctrine of original sin' might be worth a look.
ps. Genesis 3 records the original fall. Romans 5 connects the dots

You detect no sign of pride in someone claiming
infallible skill at bible interpreting, and knowing more
about scirnce than any researcher on earth?
