" blasphemed The Holy Spirit". This one I dont know if they are lost or just not forgiven. Yet some believe its saying no to the Holy Spirit..to repent come to Christ.. in that case.. lost.

The mark.. they 1st have to worship the beast and that right there.. they are lost. I HOPE and LOVE to think that.. those that do this.. KNOW they are saying no to GOD. they KNOW they do not want to be saved.

I Know what your asking and God can not hate.. hate sin. But where we read this hate Esau .. like to love less loathing and disgust... never did God hate Esau

I mean I know that He loves humanity in a general sense because He gave us His Son so we could have forgiveness, but I'm asking does God hate "some" people on an individual bases because of their sin and hatred for him ? (Esau ? )

People who have blasphemed The Holy Spirit and have no chance or even a desire for redemption and people who worship the Beast and take the mark of the Beast does God hate them ?

When The Messiah returns and His garments are stained with blood ( and this is not His blood) i doubt many will see Him as very loving.

Who is this who comes from Edom,
With dyed garments from Bozrah,
This One who is glorious in His apparel,
Traveling in the greatness of His strength?—

“I who speak in righteousness, mighty to save.”

2 Why is Your apparel red,
And Your garments like one who treads in the winepress?

3 “I have trodden the winepress alone,
And from the peoples no one was with Me.
For I have trodden them in My anger,
And trampled them in My fury;
Their blood is sprinkled upon My garments,
And I have stained all My robes.

Jesus Christ also says He hates the Nicolaitans in Revelation 2. It means He hates what they do, what they practice which was outside of His will. What God wants from us is a pure heart, loving Him and listening to His instruction.

John 3:16-17 still stands. :yellowheart:

I hope I’m misunderstanding you. Please correct me if I am.

1 John 4:8 ; 1 John 4:20 ; 1 John 3:15

So God isn’t of God?

Hebrew lingual study would be beneficial, or you’ll have Jesus committing sin, by your stance per two statements Jesus made that require Hebrew understanding to clearly discern.

Matthew 5:21-22 ; Matthew 5:43-48 ; Luke 14:26

Because we know God isn’t duplicitous... the doctrinal hammer used about Esau to make it appear God Hates People is clearly a misinterpretation of scripture, that results from lack of proper Hebrew root, in translation.

I think you are misunderstanding God in the verse I posted. What part of what God said do you disagree with? When God said he hated someone and used a Hebrew word that means hate, and in a tense that specifically means to hate someone, how do you disagree? Scripture saying God is love doesn't mean God doesn't have hate towards things or people.

I think you haven’t studied Hebrew. There is no specific word for hate in Hebrew. The word you are quoting is based off of being wounded to the point of Lovers withdrawal, or working with something that harms you, like a knife that slips and cuts you.

Jesus, God incarnate, teaches us to Love our enemies... then people pin God hating people on God.

God is not man that He is a hypocrite or duplicitous.

Hate is Murder, by Jesus own mouth. Is Christ a promoter of Sin and has God ever sinned (Murdered/Hated).

There is no moral relativism available here. I say God is Perfect, Holy and Righteous, by His own teachings and standards. God does not say do as I say and not as I do.... as many of the teachers of the Law, did.

What is your opinion?

There is obviously a word for hate so there is definitely someone here who hasn't studied Hebrew.

God hates the sin but not the sinner. I imagine God is going to tell the lost on judgement day "I loved you so much when nobody else did. But I cannot excuse your sins."

Without Christ we are lost but that still doesn't make God love humanity any less. After all God came down from heaven and DIED for us. So God must have REALLY loved us.

The only part of us that he hates are our sins. Even for the Christian who sins. They are saved from hellfire but God still hates their every sin. We hurt God everytime we sin something to think about.

This is almost exactly what I was going to say, God loves all of us so much he died on the cross for us
but Hates our sin,Love the sinner Hate the sin.

So, Christ, Who is God, who Teaches Hate is Murder...

He didn't teach hate is murder. He said hating your brother is murder and it wasn't spoken by Christ but John in 1John 3:15

When God said he hated Esau, was Esau his brother? No.

People who have blasphemed The Holy Spirit and have no chance or even a desire for redemption and people who worship the Beast and take the mark of the Beast does God hate them ?

I know that "hate the sin, love the sinner" is a very popular modern concept, but in light of something like Proverbs 6, I find little support for it:

"These six things the Lord hates,
Yes, seven are an abomination to Him:
A proud look,
A lying tongue,
Hands that shed innocent blood,
A heart that devises wicked plans,
Feet that are swift in running to evil,
A false witness who speaks lies,
And one who sows discord among brethren."

Notice how the proverb is phrased, ie it's not just that God hates wicked plans but the heart that devises them. It's not just that God hates evil, but hates the feet who are swift to run to it. It's not just that God hates lies, but the false witness who speaks them. It's not just that God hates the murder of the innocent, he hates the hands who shed their blood.

So in light of scripture anyway, I don't think that you can simply say that God only hates sin and holds blameless those who engage in it.

God is also Holy and Just. My point being love is not the only aspect of God.
Like I said, the Bible does not call love an aspect of God but what is. God is just, but it is bad to compare his justice to our definition of justice.

The gospel isn't about pleasing God? The gospel isn't about obedience? The gospel isn't about repentance or believing? (Both of which you are commanded to do!) What is it about?
Once again, is God subjected to pleasure?

Here's loving your enemies:

Rev 19:17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;
Rev 19:18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.
Rev 19:19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
Rev 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Rev 19:21 And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

That Sword will be wielded with Love. The Swordsman will do so with Broken heart and tears. The Swordman has given every opertunity and will have given even more opportunity, by the time that occurs!

It does not befit the Trinity to ignore the example of Jesus Christ.
