It's not about not knowing it - I wasn't able to find anything linking the phrase La Nina to a claimed sister of Jesus. El nino was a reference to Christ as it occurs near Christmas - doesn't necessarily mean la nina is.

And why is a sister of Christ making you go bluhh? Is it a sin to have a sister? He did have brothers.

By contrast, here in my new home of Australia, the peak temp usually doesn't get below 15 here during the day in winter and rarely gets below 5 at night. The second day of spring was last week and saw temps of 27. Bliss.
