Things here aren't so good i am hearing voices and am wanting to cut but i am trying not to
I am feeling very fat at the moment as well don't want to eat but i have to or my husband wont be happy

AA, have you told anyone about the voices?? like gp or n e one ? only because i know how hard it is trying to fight them on your own, sometimes we need a little bit of help with it. glad that your managing to fight the SH thoughts i know how overpowering that can be at times. keep trying to distract yourself your doing well, i know it may not seem like it to you but you are xx please dont give up.

Thankyou sarah, its not going to be easy, although i am partly glad that its coming out tomorrow but really worried as well. Hopefully will be the last time that ive got to have it in, just see how things go. its the 'next step' that im worried about this is where i start getting 'nagged at' for eating and they put more focus on it which is the bit im struggling with. but bleurgh dnt know what to think.

Sorry need a rant may trigg

AARRGGHHHHHHH i hate this place. I need to get out! i tried talking to staff tried explaining whats going on in my head n all thoughts n feeling n voices n everything coz heads just a mess tonight. And one of other girls overheard me (the same one thats been winding me up so much and ive been trying to ignore)and decided she was going to chaos havoc and go round telling everyone that i wanted to hurt them all, and was going to go after them one by one!!!!!!! which is not what i said at all. but then it turned into a everyone screaming at me and i lost it a little n was like a dominoe effect!!!! so now the wards rather manic and its just intensified all the stuff in my head.
Then i got this stupid agency worker on my level who really needs to keep her opinions to herself!!!!! i hate it, i hate feeling like this if i could stop all the thoughts going through my head i would!!!!! i dont want to hurt n e one, its just what my heads saying!!!!! aarrggghhhh

My drs and psychiatrist knows about the voices and am on meds for it but they dont seem to work

Im glad your getting help with it because i kno how hard it is trying to fight them on your own. myabe you could make an appointment and tell them that you dont feel the meds are doing anything, maybe they could look at it andsee if theres anything they can help with as not all medications are suited to all of us, might be worth a shot. hope your doing ok today


I had tube taken out yesterday, still not too sure how im feeling about it. im a bit mixed about it, its good but at the same time its really hard. and my heads driving me crazy! Oh well its the weekend so shouldnt worry about things too much, just try chill out and relax. hmmmmmmmmmm

I am struggling at the moment wanting to not eat at all said to my husband that i dont want to eat
he said i need to eat some thing so am just going to stick to safe food at the moment

Safe foods are better than nothing at all hun. I know its hard, especially on the dayd you dont want to eat, but please try to eat something. i know i probably sounds like a huge hypocrit (or however u spell it) and im sorry im much better at giving advice than taking it. but if youve not got something going in, fighting how your feeling becomes so much harder. Even if its just small things. thats all im going to be doing, well trying to do anyway. :s hope todays a better day for you.


Today im not too sure how im feeling, bit all over the place to be honest, which is never a good feeling least when i know how im feeling i can do summit about it it, just really snappy then next min am in tears. hads a bit mashed though havent slept again, starting to do my head in this not sleeping i hate it. Least its not that busy here, lot of girls are on leave.

Ive not had the best night, things just really starting to get to me. stuff i was coping with seems to be getting with me a lot more n just getting really aggitated with things. I'm feeling a little bit aggressive this morning :o which is never a good feeling and a its a little bit scary too and i cant believe we are in JUNE already!!!! times flying way toooo quick for me right now and i dont like it

The last 3 days have been hard my husbands grandparents were up to visit us and while they were here we went out to eat a lot also when to get trousers had to try them on before i bought them i saw myself in the mirror saw how fat i am felt disgusting
