I want to be clear up front: I’m not proposing a new doctrine or asserting certainty—just asking a question that’s been on my mind.
Most Christian discussions about giants or corruption after the flood focus on three explanations: surviving bloodlines, renewed angelic transgression, or symbolic language. Those discussions are valuable, but I wonder if they unintentionally limit the conversation.

Ancient Jewish thought often treated knowledge itself as morally powerful—capable of shaping societies for good or evil. Second Temple texts describe spiritual beings not only as tempters, but as teachers of practices that led to violence and domination.

So here’s the question I’m exploring: could post-Flood corruption have been understood as re-entering the world through transmitted knowledge rather than renewed biology? I’m not saying this is what happened or that Scripture explicitly teaches it. I’m simply asking whether the ancient worldview allowed more explanatory space than we often acknowledge.

As Deuteronomy reminds us, “the secret things belong to the Lord.” My goal isn’t to solve a mystery God left open, but to avoid closing possibilities too quickly.

A Prayer of Moses, the man of God.


This is a continuation of the prayer of Moses, the man of God, apparently during the time when the Israelites were wandering in the wilderness for a period of 40 years. God was not pleased with that generation, for the most part, for the majority of them rebelled against God, and against his servant Moses, and they engaged in all sorts of wickedness and evil behavior in direct defiance against God and against his commandments. And so most of them did not get to enter into the Promised Land nor into God’s eternal rest because of their disobedience, i.e. because of their unbelief.

And this serves as examples to us so that we do not set our hearts on evil as they did and end up with the same results (1 Corinthians 10:1-22). For the Scriptures teach us that faith in Jesus Christ, which is genuine, will result in us denying self, dying to sin, and obeying our Lord and his commandments, in practice, although not necessarily in absolute sinless perfection (1 John 2:1-2). But they also teach us that if sin is our practice (habit, addiction), and not walks of obedience to our Lord and to his commands, that we will die in our sins. We will not inherit eternal life with God (1 John, chaps 1-3).

When this mentions “secret sins,” please know that they are not hidden from God. He can see all that we do, and he knows what we are doing even if everyone else can’t see. Nothing is hidden from God. You may hide your “secret sins” from your spouses, your friends, your neighbors, your family, and others who profess faith in Jesus, but you can’t hide your sins from God. You can’t fool God even if you are able to fool other humans. And “secret sins” fall under the judgment of God, same as obvious sins. And God will judge all of us according to our deeds (Romans 2:5-10; Romans 6:1-23).

And then we are reminded here of the shortness of life over which we have little control by comparison to God’s control. So we should never take life on this earth for granted, thinking that we are going to live to old age and beyond. You may not have the next breath of life. You may not be given the opportunity to repent of your sins and to follow Jesus Christ in obedience to his commands before you die. Tomorrow doesn’t come for everyone. So don’t take life and time on this earth for granted. Repent of your sins and obey God today so you can be assured of eternal life with God in heaven.

A Prayer of Moses, the man of God.


It is generally believed, from what I can tell, that Moses wrote this Psalm near the end of the 40 years that the Israelites spent in the wilderness prior to a minority of them getting to enter into the Promised Land which God had for them, his people of that time. But the truths of what were written here are universal truths which apply to all generations of people on this earth.

Our God – Father, Son Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit – always existed and always will be, which is a difficult concept for our human minds to comprehend. For we were born, then we live, and then we die. Our earthly existence has a beginning and an end. And so it is natural for us to think with finite minds which are limited to our reality and to our existence on the earth. For we think in terms of beginning and end, and not in terms of always was and always will be. But our God not only always was, and always will be, but he is unchanging in nature and character. For he is a holy God.

Our God is also a place of refuge and consolation for his people, i.e. for all those now who have trusted in Jesus Christ to be Lord (Owner-Master) and Savior (deliverer from sin) of their lives by God-persuaded and God-gifted faith in Jesus Christ. And this faith, which comes from God, and which is gifted to us by God, will result in us being crucified with Christ in death to sin, and us being raised with Christ to walk in newness of life in him, no longer to live as slaves to sin but now as servants of God and of his righteousness in holy living and in walks of surrender and obedience to God.

As regards the Israelites and their time in the wilderness, not all of them surrendered their hearts and lives to the one and only true God. Many of them rebelled against God, and they put God to the test, and they grumbled against him and his servant Moses. Many of them were those who craved evil things and were idolaters, drunkards, revelers, pleasure seekers, and those who lived in immorality of various kinds. And since they would not repent of their evil, God had them put to death, and they did not get to enter into God’s eternal rest because of their disobedience, i.e. unbelief.

And these things happened as examples for us, and they were written down for us, so that we will not crave evil things as they also craved, and so we will not be idolaters, revelers, pleasure seekers, drunkards, and those who live wicked and immoral lives without conscience and without remorse. For Jesus gave his life up for us on that cross to deliver us out of our slavery to sin and to give us new lives in him free from bondage to sin so that we can now serve our Lord in walks of obedience to his commands. For if sin is our practice, and not obedience to God, we will not inherit eternal life with God.

For Jesus Christ taught that to come to him we must deny self, take up our cross daily (die daily to sin), and follow (obey) him. For if we hold on to living in sin and for self, we will lose our lives for eternity. But if we deny self, die daily to sin, by the Spirit, and we walk in obedience to our Lord and to his commands, in his power, then we have eternal life with God. For not everyone who calls him “Lord” will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one DOING (obeying) the will of God (see Luke 9:23-26; Matthew 7:21-23).

That we have a universe that we may never know why it exists or what purpose it has, and that after billions and billions of years non-living matter hit other non-living matter just right and by chance formed biological matter, which would then by random chance form even more complex biological matter, and know how to adapt and evolve to the environment by chance, and that by chance it just so happened to happen on a planet where the conditions would be perfect for life out of trillions of galaxies and solar systems. and that every living thing is an accident and the universe doesn't know anything or that living things exist, and by chance a living animal evolved to be intelligent enough to understand the universe, and the physics of it.

Or we have a creator and life has purpose.

So we have two options on what to believe.

If there was no creator than how were we created? how can there be any creation without a creator?

If a tornado went through a junkyard, what are the chances it assembles a fully functional plane? what if it went through the junkyard a trillion times? This is the analogy I am going to use when people say we were created by complete randomness.

I’m reaching out humbly to ask for prayer during a very difficult season in my life. I’m continuing to work, take responsibility, and move forward the best I can, but I’m feeling stretched emotionally and spiritually and could truly use prayer for strength, wisdom, peace, and provision.

I’m trying to stay grounded in faith and trust God’s direction even when the path ahead feels uncertain. Please pray that I remain steady, make wise decisions, and continue to walk forward with integrity and hope.

After a few years of great anxiety, recurring bouts of depression and spiritual dryness, I am trying to reset my heart and mind. I'm beginning tonight by reading through some of the Scriptures that are listed in the About and Purpose section at the top of the discussions in this forum each day and writing down my thoughts and feelings about them. The readings should last 5-6 days. The reason I don't specifically know which day it will end is because the list doesn't have the same number of Scriptures for each item listed, so I haven't decided how I will divide them out.

After that I'm going to do a workbook that is for new Christians to teach them how to live out a Christian life and grow in Christ called Survival Kit. This workbook is decades old, and a copy of it was given to me by my pastor when I was 13 right after my baptism. It was very beneficial to me then, and I repeated it when Iwas in my 20s. I expect for it to be beneficial again. It is the basics and meant to be the beginning of a life of learning and growing.

I feel my spirit and my mind needs to be renewed and my connection to the Lord needs to be focused on. During this time I plan to purge some things out of my life. Some are problematic, and some are just time wasters with no benefit. I'm also going through health changes after some new diagnosis's this year, and I'm having to adjust my lifestyle and expectations of myself physically.

I am concerned that it is too many changes at once, but I also feel like if I don't dive in, then it won't be helpful enough and I might not take it as seriously. I feel like I need to enter a period of spiritual discipline and training. I feel very alone in it because no one I know in my life is doing anything similar.

Hey guys, I came back to this forum to try it out again. I registered here years ago, but I totally forgot my username, email, and password. And I don’t have great memories of this place because, at the time, I was desperate for help. My first post got my account banned instantly because the warning title and content suggested it might negatively affect others, which is against the rules. But, people outside this forum mentioned that CF isn't that bad, so I’m giving it another shot after all these years. I do wonder if I'll be banned again after this post. The experience was honestly traumatic.

Words people speak directed at others can have horrible consequences,
be careful what you say, and stay silent if you are not going to speak to other people something blessed.

What i am saying is not new, a lot of people involved in deliverance could say the same.

Lets say someone sees a person a bit distracted, and this someone says: "You have memory problems" in their interior to them.
If that word enters them, it could cause memory problems.
Let's say you see someone wearing sandals in a business and you assume something and say: "you have problems on your feet"
that person could start to have pain in the feet nails, or those wounds sometimes appear on the bottom of the feet etc.

You know how witches curses people? with words, charged with satanic spirit, but you don't have to be a witch to do horrible damage to others this way.

People know if someone did something to them, they are not conscious about it, they don't realize, but they act anyway in this knowledge, this is a reason
why some many people can't get along in churches families etc, because of the words they have spoken to each other.

Be careful who you open to, be careful to who you put as spiritual authority over you, words spoken in a position of authority over others have more effect.

The bible says what you sow you will harvest, if you cursed people before, watch out because it can come back several times worse.

Christians are open to the ways that God's power, goodness/love, and righteousness can be manifested throughout His Creation. This would include the diversity God has created through different nations' religions that genuinely support the love of Him. This would include the different Christian denominations like the Lutherans, Evangelicals, 7th day Adventists, etc. Since they hint at God supporting His Creation against various types of satanic deception in the future as well as the present in America. Faiths like Islam, and Catholicism, and Sikhism I would also include since they support the love of God to save individuals with other cultural histories so they can partake in the humbling of the flesh which works against satan's ideology of thinking that people have to be the same in order to be close to God or to survive His Judgement.

On the topic of Judgement, in order to be presentable to God during Judgement Day, Christians have to be able to humble our flesh (who we are on the earth) before Him so then He can add to it instead of taking away when the world is made anew by fire. So we fully believe in the ways God sustains us knowing that we are not responsible for our success in this present world or the new one. We also respect the things God made us for that He has given to us today to do His Will for our individual lives. (1 Corinthians 3) I know it can sound complicated when expressed in human words but it's very easy for humans to do and isn't burdensome. A simple way to start is let God take credit for everything that makes you unique.


With those previous things being said, Christians cannot be a part of the satanic deception that they can misrepresent God's Goodness/Love and Righteousness. It's an essential part of being Christian and one cannot be without representing His Power or we deny what Christ actually did by dying on the Cross, resurrecting from the grave, and ascending into the heavens. In other words, if you believe that God is the sustainer of your Life God will show others that this is true. Even if it may not physically look like what you think you should look like with God backing you, it will always show spiritually. This is what faith is; "the evidence of things unseen;" the proof of what God has given to you and is supporting you with. Jesus "died" so then faith would be more visible no matter how much humanity sins against God.

If you read Revelation 18, you'll see that Islam and the Arab world is written all over it. Verse 13 may even imply Islam will be banned by countries who previously traded with the region. Mecca may be prophesied for destruction.

Job 41:25 says about Leviathan

"When he raiseth up himself, the mighty are afraid: by reason of breakings they purify themselves".

Why are the mighty afraid?
The mighty are afraid because jihadist hide among the general population. They aren't coming at you with brigades of people and equipment. They are spread across the earth and mixed in the general population. Jihadist of all kinds believe it's God's will for them to participate in jihad. Islam teaches that if a man does not participate in jihad, he is liable to lose his reward in paradise and is a hypocrite.

The second part of verse 25 is really strange and perfectly describes a Muslim's 'struggle' in jihad

The word no doubt implies terrorism. It means to break and ruin, and comes from a word meaning "to break, wreck, and to rend violence."

Jihad is the Arabic word for "struggle" or "effort." In the context of the Holy Qur'an, jihad is a struggle or effort to strive "in the path of God" (22:78). Scholar James Turner Johnson says it this way: "the concept of jihad fundamentally denotes striving or effort expended by the individual Muslim to walk in the path of God" (Johnson 19; Feldman 232-233) Jihad is the effort to purify oneself from within, to purify oneself of selfish appetites\endash the intention behind the action is important to the action itself. If this is the root meaning of jihad, when and how did it come to mean "holy war" or a "war to kill the infidels"? To answer that, we need to look at jihad in the Qur'an and the term's historical development."

The Minnesota Somali fraud scandal somehow manages to get worse and worse as the legacy media mostly ignore the issue and Democrats shrug. At the heart of this scandal lies the larger crisis facing the West.

On Friday, independent journalist Nick Shirley released a 42-minute YouTube documentary detailing his efforts to uncover what exactly is going on in Minnesota and how a ring of mostly Somali scammers squelched billions of dollars from taxpayers under the noses of Gov. Tim Walz and state authorities.

Vice President JD Vance praised the video on X and wrote that Shirley did more important journalism than all the recent Pulitzer Prize winners.

The video is certainly worth watching. Among the big findings uncovered is a series of so-called daycare centers and other facilities being funded in the state that have no children in them at all.

In one of the most remarkable scenes, Shirley arrived at a location called the “Quality Learing Center.” Yes, “Learing,” which was obviously misspelled. The center had been licensed for 99 children, but none were there. In front of the building, a woman kept shouting, “Don’t open up, ICE.” Shirley informed her that he was merely a journalist, but she ignored him and kept shouting.

Tyler Robinson’s defense team is challenging the Utah County Attorney’s office's involvement in the criminal case against Charlie Kirk’s alleged killer because a relative of one of the prosecutors was present at the event where the conservative activist was assassinated.

Robinson's defense team filed a motion last month for the court to appoint an independent prosecutor with the 4th District Court, alleging that a lead prosecuting attorney received text messages from a close relative present at the September shooting and then shared those messages with other prosecutors in the case, reports the Utah-based Gephardt Daily.

12 days ago my Cat Koda underwent double eye surgery. Last night we had to rush him to the ER because 1 pupil was a ton larger than the other. After ruling out main issues like Leukemia and Glaucoma, the vet sided with thinking this was infection related. If it doesn't clear, I have to go to a main hospital run by the University of Florida for an MRI or scan to check for brain bleeds or tumors. I'm asking for prayers that this clears up and doesn't get worse.
