  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Republican Candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Virginia Caught in Tumblr Nazi Porn Scandal

You may recall the Nazi porn scandal that plagued the Republican lieutenant governor of North Carolina last September. For the second year in a row, the cooler months have ushered in a Republican Nazi porn scandal, this time beleaguering a candidate for lieutenant governor in Virginia.

Republican nominee John Reid faces fresh scrutiny surrounding a Tumblr blog, allegedly linked to him, that contained pornographic content. Reid denies ownership of the profile, which has the same username as other social media accounts of his: “JRDeux.”

On Wednesday, American Journal News unearthed additional details about the “JRDeux” Tumblr profile. In October 2015, the blog reposted an image of “a male college student in underwear,” which was published by a Nazi fetish account with a racial slur in its username; it contained the phrase “obedient [n-word].”

The user described himself as a “subservient [n-word] who knows his place in society” and who was seeking “superior white men” in the Washington, D.C., area.

According to Reid, the whole story was concocted to smear his sexuality.

Head of Eisenhower library resigns; Trump Administration wanted to give Ike sword in the collection (which belongs to We The People) to King Charles

Head of Eisenhower library resigns after sword spat with Trump administration

The head of a presidential library resigned this week after a tug-of-war with the Trump administration over gift selection and a sword for King Charles III, sources familiar with the matter told CBS News.

Todd Arrington, a career historian who previously held posts with the National Park Service and National Archives and Records Administration, said he stepped down on Monday under pressure as director of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Presidential Library, Museum and Boyhood Home.

In an interview with CBS News, Arrington said he was told on Monday, "Resign — or be fired."

Officials at the State Department who compiled an array of gift options for the first couple, sought an Eisenhower sword to reiterate the significance of the U.S.-U.K. relationship since World War II, sources said. But Arrington argued against giving away an artifact that had been accepted as a donation and had become the property of the American people.

Arrington told officials he could help find an alternative gift, but sources say State Department officials persisted. The library's team offered to help find a replica.

Ultimately, West Point provided a Cadet Saber from the military academy.

The White House plays no formal role in hiring or firing directors of presidential libraries that are part of the National Archives system. The duty of hiring library directors falls instead to the archivist of the United States, who oversees NARA. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is serving as acting archivist,

Would it be okay to have a small group that takes Communion together?

I am currently a member at a Southern Baptist Church, and while I love our church, I miss taking the Lord's Supper more often than 4 times a year. My previous denomination did so weekly. I also participate in an online Discord church, where Communion happens once a month, but honestly even this is not frequent enough in my opinion. Whether symbolic or not I think the Lord's Supper is something of upmost import to us as Christians and think it can only serve to draw us nearer to Christ. Would finding/forming a group of likeminded Christians to fellowship and take Communion, whether in person or online, be something that would be okay?

ICE officers to attend Super Bowl after Bad Bunny halftime headliner announcement, Lewandowski says

Lewandowski, who worked as Trump’s campaign manager during the 2016 election, slammed the NFL for picking Bad Bunny to headline the event next year.

“It’s so shameful that they’ve decided to pick somebody who just seems to hate America so much to represent them at the halftime game,” he said.

Last month, Bad Bunny told i-D Magazine that he is not performing in the U.S. during his forthcoming world tour due to, in part, concerns over ICE raids at his concerts.

“There is nowhere that you can provide safe haven to people in this country illegally. Not the Super Bowl and nowhere else,” Lewandowski said Wednesday on “The Benny Show.”

Corey's really missing a trick here. Join ICE for a chance to win free Superbowl tickets!

What Am I Missing Here?

The above article discusses breastfeeding after a miscarriage. As I was reading, the only thing I could think of was maybe it was talking about feeding after the next pregnancy, but in several places it has stuff like this:

In certain situations, breastfeeding may be possible even after a miscarriage:
  • Recent Pregnancy: If the miscarriage was recent and hormonal levels have not yet stabilized, some milk may still be present.
and

How soon after a miscarriage can a woman start breastfeeding?
Breastfeeding can typically begin shortly after a miscarriage if the body is producing milk.

So who is going to be getting fed? The neighbor's baby?

Bishops ‘grateful,’ ‘relieved’ after pro-abortion Durbin declines Catholic award

Various U.S. bishops expressed relief and happiness after U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Illinois, announced his decision to decline an award from the Chicago Archdiocese following backlash over his pro-abortion views.

Late Tuesday, Chicago Archbishop Cardinal Blase Cupich said Durbin had decided to back away from receiving the award after numerous U.S. bishops criticized the archdiocese for selecting Durbin to receive the honor.

The Illinois senator was scheduled to receive a “Lifetime Achievement Award for support to immigrants” at an archdiocesan event in November. Cupich described the senator as embodying “unwavering support of immigrants, which is so needed in our day.”

Springfield, Illinois, Bishop Thomas Paprocki, who presides over Durbin’s home diocese, had in September said Durbin was “unfit to receive any Catholic honor.” In an Oct. 1 statement on X, the bishop said he was “grateful” that the senator ultimately declined the award.

FBI cuts ties with Anti-Defamation League after rightwing criticism that ADL declared that Turning Point USA had a history of "bigoted statements"

The FBI said on Wednesday it cut ties with the Anti-Defamation League, a Jewish group that tracks antisemitism, after conservatives criticized the group for including slain activist Charlie Kirk's organization in a glossary on extremism.

Patel's announcement followed criticism of the ADL by right-wing voices, including billionaire Elon Musk, over its inclusion of Kirk's Turning Point USA in a "Glossary of Extremism and Hate." Kirk was assassinated in September.

After that criticism, the ADL removed the entire glossary from its website. The glossary had said Turning Point USA had a history of "bigoted statements," a charge the group rejects.

ADL's website says it "works closely with federal, state and local law enforcement" in fighting extremism and hate. It also notes the FBI had turned to it for data and research as far back as the 1940s.

ADL documents antisemitism and hate. Its critics say it equates antisemitism with criticism of Israeli policies, including Israel's assault on Gaza and its occupation of Palestinian territories.

[One of the other things people on the right were complaining about was the entry on capital C capital I "Christian Identity" which is indeed antisemitic and has nothing to do with identifying as a Christian.]

White House fires 22 of 26 members of the National Council on the Humanities, retaining only 4 Trump appointees

A White House spokesperson told The Post in an email that the president is “hoping to place members on the board who align more closely with his vision.”

The National Council on the Humanities, a board of 26 scholars and humanities leaders appointed by the president to six-year terms, advises the chair of the NEH on grantmaking, policy and funding decisions.

Before the government shutdown began Wednesday, the members were scheduled to attend a special meeting next week to submit nominations for the National Humanities Medal, consider three “sole source” grant applications and review statue proposals for Trump’s National Garden of American Heroes, according to a copy of the meeting notice reviewed by The Post.

By law, the council’s meetings require a quorum of 14, and new members must be confirmed by the Senate.

Some of the members whose names were removed from the website had been appointed by Trump.

Claire McCaffery Griffin, a retired teacher brought on by Trump during his first administration, said she was surprised by how terse the email was. While noting she doesn’t know what went on behind the scenes, she said she’s disappointed that the White House did not appear to “take a more nuanced approach in making decisions,”

Among other Trump appointees who were apparently fired, Marjorie Fisher could not immediately be reached for comment, and Kathe Hicks Albrecht declined to comment.

One member who was fired noted that the board now consists only of White men. “I’m not totally shocked,” said the person, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss a personnel matter. “But at a time where we’re about to celebrate the country’s 250th birthday … we now have a council that does not reflect all Americans.”

The statute establishing the council says the president “shall give due regard to equitable representation of women, minorities, and individuals with disabilities” when selecting members.

US Citizens detained for hours during massive immigration raid that empties Chicago apartment building in the middle of the night

Armed federal agents in military fatigues busted down their doors overnight, pulling men, women and children from their apartments, some of them naked, residents and witnesses said. Agents approached or entered nearly every apartment in the five-story building, and U.S. citizens were among those detained for hours.

The Department of Homeland Security said federal agents with Border Patrol, the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives arrested 37 people in the raid. DHS said some of those arrested “are believed to be involved in drug trafficking and distribution, weapons crimes and immigration violators.”

The feds also claimed the South Shore neighborhood was “a location known to be frequented by Tren de Aragua members and their associates,” but DHS gave no evidence to support the assertion, and authorities did not confirm that any of the people arrested were members of the Venezuelan gang.

Rodrick Johnson, 67, is one of many residents who were detained by federal agents during the South Shore raid. A U.S. citizen, he said agents broke through his door and dragged him out in zip ties.

Johnson said he was left tied up outside the building for nearly three hours before agents finally let him go.

“I asked [agents] why they were holding me if I was an American citizen, and they said I had to wait until they looked me up,” Jones said. “I asked if they had a warrant, and I asked for a lawyer. They never brought one.”

In the South Shore raid, neighbors said federal agents used flashbang grenades to burst through the building and several drones and helicopters were deployed.

[Across the street neighbor] Watson said she saw agents dragging residents, including kids, out of the building without any clothes on and into U-Haul vans. Kids were separated from their mothers, she said.

“It was heartbreaking to watch,” said Watson. “Even if you’re not a mother, seeing kids coming out buck naked and taken from their mothers, it was horrible.”

The gift of Sabbath: What Charlie Kirk taught us about rest

When we think about our dear friend Charlie Kirk, our minds go not only to the massive crowds he inspired, but also to the quiet, sacred moments that revealed his heart for the Lord. One of those moments came at a Turning Point event when a mutual friend invited me to a private Shabbat dinner with Charlie.

I love Shabbat, but until that evening, I hadn’t fully understood how deeply it belongs not just to the Jewish people, but also to us as Christians. A visiting rabbi from Israel spoke powerfully, calling Shabbat “the heartbeat of the Ten Commandments.” That phrase pierced my heart.

Think about it: of all the commandments — honor your father and mother, do not steal, do not kill, do not bear false witness — it is Shabbat that God anchors in the middle. “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy … for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth… and rested the seventh day. Therefore, the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy” (Exodus 20:8–11).

The rabbi explained that Shabbat is the commandment that teaches us how to live in step with God. It anchors our vertical relationship with Him, from which all other commandments flow. Without worship, rest, and remembrance of God, our obedience to the other commandments becomes empty striving. With Shabbat at the center, we live in right relationship with our Creator, and all the other commands — how we treat our parents, our neighbors, and our community — gain their true meaning.

Charlie embraced this truth. That night he spoke about how Shabbat had become part of his own life. Charlie didn’t just talk about Shabbat; he lived it. He told us that from Friday evening until Saturday evening, he shut his phone off completely. In a world that never stops buzzing, Charlie made space for God and for family. That simple act — choosing silence over noise, presence over distraction — spoke louder than any sermon. It reminded us that honoring Shabbat isn’t about restriction, but about freedom. Freedom from the constant demands of the world, freedom to hear God’s voice, freedom to rest in His presence.

Yes, I'm a Christian nationalist — and you should be, too

I am a Christian nationalist.

In the aftermath of Charlie Kirk’s worshipful memorial service, the political left has predictably busied itself with slander, labeling the event “Christian Nationalism’s biggest moment” or even a Nazi rally.

Neither of these heinous descriptions are accurate. The Babylon Bee satirically mocked these claims with the headline “Nazi Rally Inspires Millions to Forgive And Love Their Enemies.” Indeed, Erika Kirk’s public and emotionally charged forgiveness of her husband’s murderer was one of the most powerful redemptive moments of our time.

It’s now undeniable that the Left aims to label everyday conservative Christians who are politically active as “Christian Nationalists.” Their exaggerated smear tactics are now widely recognized, consistently branding anyone who disagrees with them as Nazi, racist, homophobic, transphobic, “far right” and other melodramatic terms.

This lengthy list of slanderous accusations has lost its ability to intimidate. It has so altered and diluted the meaning of these terms that some on the political right are now proudly adopting them. The Left intends to attach a negative connotation to Christian nationalism and use it as a cudgel to slander Christians. We should embrace the term and welcome the challenge.

But what is Christian nationalism? Why does the Evangelical community seem so divided on this issue, with some condemning Christian nationalism as heresy and others embracing it as the conduit for the coming millennial Kingdom of Jesus Christ?

Angels in heaven

Matthew 18:10 KJV
Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

.....

What does this mean? Do the little children have angel in heaven that is connected to them? Do we all have an angel in heaven that corresponds to us?
Do some of our angels do something other than behold God? Is my angel less innocent/good than a child's angel?

Or does it mean that when a child dies it becomes a particularly devoted angel?
Do we become angels if we go to heaven?

Or is the soul actually an angel and we are in heaven at the same time as being on earth without knowing it? We are our own angel, so to speak?

Or... what does it mean?

Megachurch heralds 'new movement of Christian thinkers' as thousands attend apologetics conference

PLANO, Texas — "I believe we're on the vanguard of a new movement of Christian thinkers that the church has never seen before, and it has me so optimistic."

Dr. Jeremiah Johnston of Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano has good cause for such optimism: this week, Prestonwood's Biblical Worldview Conference (BWC) drew nearly 5,000 attendees from over 20 states with the singular aim of becoming better equipped to reach the culture for Jesus Christ.

As Prestonwood's Associate Pastor of Apologetics and Cultural Engagement, Johnston has led the BWC — billed as the nation's largest apologetics event — for the last three years, during which he says it's gone from being exclusively geared toward Prestonwood Christian Academy (PCA) students to drawing students from 17 other schools, in addition to homeschool groups, co-ops and others from across the nation.

Over that period, says Johnston, BWC has become "more missional" in its focus.

Love Wisdom, Hate Evil

Proverbs 29 Select Verses NASB1995

“A man who hardens his neck after much reproof
Will suddenly be broken beyond remedy.
2 When the righteous increase, the people rejoice,
But when a wicked man rules, people groan.
3 A man who loves wisdom makes his father glad,
But he who keeps company with harlots wastes his wealth.
6 By transgression an evil man is ensnared,
But the righteous sings and rejoices.
10 Men of bloodshed hate the blameless,
But the upright are concerned for his life.”

Now I have personally witnessed in my life men and women who had hardened their necks after much reproof, but who continued with their hardened necks and their hard hearts for 50 years or longer, some right up to the point of death. Some of them did repent, and some did not. And that grieves me that some of them remained hardened right up to the point of death. One of my biggest prayers that I pray regularly is for changed hearts that surrender to Jesus Christ in obedience and in putting sin to death in their lives, that they might have true hope of eternal life with God.

For so many people today are believing the lies which tell them that all they have to do is to make a profession of faith in Jesus Christ and now all their sins are forgiven and heaven is guaranteed them when they die, but regardless of how they live. Or they are being told that all they have to do is to ask God for forgiveness of their sins and now they are saved and on their way to heaven. But the Scriptures teach that, by faith in Jesus Christ, if our faith is of God, we will die with Christ to sin and now walk in obedience to our Lord’s commands, or the faith we think we have is not biblical faith.

Now, the truly righteous in the eyes of God are those who, by faith in Jesus Christ, have been crucified with Christ in death to sin, and raised with Christ to walk in newness of life in him, no longer to live as slaves to sin but now as slaves to God and to his righteousness, in holy living, by the grace of God. They are those for whom living righteously is what they practice, not necessarily with absolute perfection, but as a matter of life course. Sin is no longer their practice, their habit. But obedience to God and to his commands is what they put into practice in their daily lives. They want to obey God!

But I don’t see much rejoicing in our world today over the truly righteous who live and who teach the critical nature of death to sin and walks of surrender to God in obedience to his commands. I see a lot of rejoicing over a fake diluted and altered gospel message which teaches people that they can be saved and on their way to heaven by lip service only which makes no requirements for putting sin to death and for walks of obedience to God. And I do see a lot of professing Christians rejoicing over a wicked man who rules while there are others who do groan over this same wicked man.

And it appears from all outward appearances that the majority of those professing faith in Jesus Christ, at least here in the USA, are not people of God who love the wisdom of God and who follow after his wisdom. But they love the teachings of humans who dilute and alter the gospel truth in order to appease humans in their sins so that they won’t feel guilty for their sins, and in order to not offend the ungodly of the world who they are trying to attract to their gatherings. And so a lot of them are those engaged in sexual immorality, especially in the area of addiction to pornography.

Now, if by the grace of God, because of Jesus’ sacrifice for our sins, you have put your faith and hope in the Lord Jesus Christ, that should automatically result in you dying with Christ to sin and having a change of heart and mind away from sin to now desiring to obey the Lord and his commandments, in practice. But if this is how you are living, and if it is the truth of the gospel you are sharing, don’t be surprised if you are hated, rejected, mistreated, and cast aside as unwanted, even by others who profess faith in Jesus Christ, some of whom are pastors of “churches.”

But we should be those who love those who hate and misuse and abuse us and who want nothing to do with us because of our walks of faith in obedience to the Lord, and because of our testimonies for Christ and for the truth of the gospel. And we should pray for our persecutors and for those who do evil against us that they will surrender their lives to Jesus Christ in obedience to his commands and in dying to sin daily, by the Spirit. And we should demonstrate the love of Jesus to them, a love which speaks truth to the people for their salvation from sin, not the lies that tickle itching ears.

Oh, to Be Like Thee, Blessed Redeemer

Lyrics by Thomas O. Chisholm, 1897
Music by W. J. Kirkpatrick, 1897

Oh, to be like Thee! blessèd Redeemer,
This is my constant longing and prayer;
Gladly I’ll forfeit all of earth’s treasures,
Jesus, Thy perfect likeness to wear.

Oh, to be like Thee! full of compassion,
Loving, forgiving, tender and kind,
Helping the helpless, cheering the fainting,
Seeking the wandering sinner to find.

O to be like Thee! lowly in spirit,
Holy and harmless, patient and brave;
Meekly enduring cruel reproaches,
Willing to suffer others to save.

O to be like Thee! while I am pleading,
Pour out Thy Spirit, fill with Thy love;
Make me a temple meet for Thy dwelling,
Fit me for life and Heaven above.

Oh, to be like Thee! Oh, to be like Thee,
Blessèd Redeemer, pure as Thou art;
Come in Thy sweetness, come in Thy fullness;
Stamp Thine own image deep on my heart.

Circaseptan rhythms and Sabbath

Circaseptan Rhythms (Google AI)
"Circaseptan rhythms are biological cycles lasting approximately seven days, influencing various bodily functions and behaviors in humans and other species. These innate, weekly rhythms are not merely cultural constructs but are considered to be built into living organisms and are studied in chronobiology. Examples include fluctuations in hormone levels, blood pressure, and immune system activity, and some theories suggest they might be why the seven-day calendar week was adopted in the first place."

Although circaseptan rhythms can be innate, it doesn't mean we can classify all circaseptan behaviour as innate as some behaviour will be influenced by cultural constructs (like the 5 day business week and 2 day weekend). Lunar activity is a natural process that may also influence Circaseptan rhythms with broadly 4 phases of the moon (New Moon, First Quarter, Full Moon, and Last Quarter) that work out to approximately 7 days (but not exact) and may influence biological functions (like menstrual cycles).

The question here are whether circadian rhythms enough to qualify the 4th commandment as innate moral command? Broadly, we can agree they can point to a change in behaviour that may influence our rest rhythms. (high blood pressure, lower immune system, etc... can point to a need for rest) but does it go so far as demanding the conditions detailed in the 4th commandment? Does it need to?

The question of innate morality of the 4th is part of a wider conversation addressing the innate morality of the 10 at large. Commandments 6-10 (murder, adultery, stealing, lying, coveting) can be understood as innately harmful to others, thus healthy to avoid (do not...). Commandments 1-3 are of monotheistic morality. If we can agree that monotheism is naturally discoverable, then principles of idolatry, taking God's name in vain, and graven images are implicit values baked into monotheism. Commandment 5 goes beyond merely doing no harm and is about a special honour for your parents. We can see this demonstrated innately in wildlife (ie. ducklings follow their mother) and through various social hierarchies that naturally develop among many species. To treat your parents with respect also implicitly demands that your children treat you with respect, creating a cycle that promotes greater sustainability and longevity for yourself and your clan.

But the 4th commandment is different. The inherited "innateness" would be a reference back to creation. This may answer the question of "why the 4th" for the 10 Commandments but it doesn't answer the question of "why 7 days" for creation. When we go back to creation, no explanation is given why we have 7 days and not 6 or 8. Circaseptan rhythms may be the missing link, but is it enough to promote 4th commandment requirement or is there missing information we still need to be told to follow the 4th? What is the ultimate value that both point to, or is the goal only regarding circaseptan ceremonial rest?

God's Moedim "Appointed Times" (Yom Kippur/Day of Atonement)

YOM KIPPUR MIDRASH: (Leviticus 16:1-32) Oct 1st - Oct 2nd

We are in the day of Yom Kippur, starting this evening, the 10th of Tishri (October 1st until October 2nd evening). It is a time of fasting and prayer, a time of getting right with God, as well as with our family and neighbors, those around us. It is the most holy time of year,

It was the time when the High Priest went into the Holy of Holies, in the Tabernacle, and in the Temple, Only once a year could he do this, and offered a bull for himself and for his family, for the atonement of their sins, a bull represented strength, and the ancient symbol of God was shown by the outline of a bull's head with horns, that was the ancient Hebrew letter "alef"

He also took two goats, one he would sacrifice, and, like with the bull, sprinkle the blood on the altar and on the covering of the Ark of the Covenant (Ha Aron Ha Kodesh) and on the altar, and the other, he would place his hands on its head and symbolically placed all of the sins of Israel, on that goat, then let it go into the wilderness, never to return.

These spoke of two things: Messiah Yeshua paid our price in full on Calvary, by His one-time sacrifice and atonement, of His own blood, and our sins were "cast into the sea, never to return" and "as far as the East is from the West, so our sins are separated from us" never to meet.

But the Yom Kippur (Yom Ha Kippurim) "Day of Coverings" had to go on year after year, and so, sins were only "covered" for one year at a time, but when Messiah Yeshua took our sins to himself on Calvary, our sins were paid for and atoned once and forever, so, his one time only sacrifice was good for all time. What is "Atonement"? being "At One Mind" (with God) sort of speaking.

The sacrifices of the "Yom Kippurim" from the past were mere shadows of the completed work of Messiah Yeshua?Jesus Christ, on the Cross of Calvary. As a matter of fact, ALL the animal sacrifices pointed to Yeshua.

According to tradition, God closes the book of judgment. We had all the past days to repent and turn back to God (Teshuvah). Now, fates are sealed. But we know that God is forever merciful and long-suffering. We can read his attributes in Exodus 34:6-7. The door to repentance and turning back to HIM is open 24-7, 365 days a year. When is it too late? After death, our fates are sealed. So don't die in your sins. The price was paid in full 2000 years ago.

Here are some good Psalms to read now for Yom Kippur: Psalm 130, 51, and 38.

If you want to read more information on Yom Kippur, you can go to the "Hebrew4Christians" website, look to the left, click on "Holidays," then scroll down to "Fall Holidays," then click "Day of Atonement." This post was just a small piece of pie.

Have a Reflective and thoughtful Yom Kippur. God has reached down to you; have you reached up to him?

Compare WW2 with a divided Axis with today. Trump's rhetoric weakens NATO, but China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea are more united than ever!

This talk really is alarming.

A historian breaks down the technological and societal changes and tensions leading up to WW1, WW2, and then a possible WW3.

He looks at the intra-national conflicts and international conflicts brewing, and alliances being pulled in.

We are so very close to something truly nasty - and so very unprepared with Trump at the helm.

Trump delivered the worst speech in American history to America's top Generals and Admirals.

He said the military need to prepare for the real war in San Francisco, Chicago, New York etc, "they're the new war zones" etc.

Trump also insulted modern stealth ships, and he preferred the look of the WW2 style steel battleships.

Also contributed this bit of wisdom. "Bullets are cheaper than Cruise Missiles", talked about defending firemen while they are up their ladders, and spent an hour patronising America's absolutely Top Brass! Time for the 25th yet?

He then compared the 'vicious people' the Generals and Admirals must plan to fight with the reporters that say bad things about him? What - did they hurt his feelings so bad he's got to compare 'war stories' with the Top Brass?

Then there's more on Canada joining America, rambling about mythical trade from Canada - mythical figures plucked out of the air - "more trade than under Biden" - just random brain-blurts. No one in the audience believes a thing this confused man is saying. They're just trying to sit stoically through it all.

"The other day they found $31 billion dollars - $31 billion! They just found it - they're not sure from which it came."
WHAT is he talking about? This is meant to be a motivational speech to the Top Brass - and they're just hearing random brain blurts about everything that ever crossed this guy's mind?

This isn't even embarrassing or sad - it's getting dangerous.

He is meant to be the USA's Commander in Chief - and this attitude shows he is anything but. He does not listen to briefings, because his - and completely unprepared for something as difficult as a major conflict in today's world. He would be too busy telling them how they disappointed him and how he disapproved of their ships to LISTEN to what was happening in a complex situation!

The generals openly smacked their foreheads at some of his ranting!

Like a rainbow after the storm ..i want everyone happy and blessed and not oppressed not just in the west give us all of your best i dont want noone stressed
I want the earth to thrive and survive
Everyone getting what they need and the poor being fed cause i hate bloodshed..i want a better life for me and you you know thats true..rendering to every man according to his work..love all around is what i have usually found ...give the poor your greatest gifts ...if we have faith the tides may turn and shift..i want us to love our brothers and sisters and people shining like the sun
And having lots of good times and fun..sharing the heavenly earth together in rainy or stormy weather
That would great if that is our fate saying sorry and to never give up its not too late...keep loving your sisters and brothers and feeding each other like a breastfeeding mother ..people treating each other right...can you see the light in what i say peace love and kindness goes a long way

'Christ's path of healing': PCUSA returns land to Native American tribe in California

A regional body of The Presbyterian Church (USA) has returned a piece of land to a California-based Native American tribe, reportedly the first church in the state to do so.

The PC(USA) Presbytery of San Gabriel donated their La Casa de San Gabriel Community Center to the San Gabriel Band of Mission Indians, led by the Gabrieleno Tongva Tribal Council under Chief Anthony Morales.

The community center, which opened around 80 years ago to serve the Latino community, has since closed due to a lack of funding and changes in the local demographic.

The land return ceremony was held in August and featured representatives of the mainline Protestant denomination and the San Gabriel Band of Mission Indians, as well as San Gabriel Mayor Denise Menchaca.

A SGBMI spokesperson told The Christian Post via email this week that the Gabrieleno Tongva have lived in the area "since time immemorial," with their ancestors being "taken from their village locations all across their ancestral territory known as Tovaangar and enslaved at the San Gabriel Mission" during the 1770s.
