This may be interrupted in the middle, so I may put a part 2 on here.
I found some food coloring in the bathroom the other day. I have no idea how it got there or what it was for, so I just ignored it (big mistake!). My little brother went in there last night. Seeing the food coloring, he thought it was okay for him to play with the stuff. LOL... my sister walked into the bathroom and yelled at me: "_________, you just have to come see this!!!" I thought she was just playing around, trying to get my brother in trouble. When I finally did go in and see, there was a big blue finger painted splotch on the floor. A smaller one was on the toilet lid. As for my sweet baby brother, his hands were a beautiful navy blue. I plopped him right into the tub and turned on the water (which turned a lovely shade of turquoise). Unfortunately, the food coloring did not wash of completely, so his hands are still blue.
It kind of reminds me of last year when I spilled food coloring on my binder. I couldn't figure out why everything was turning green until I found the spilled container in my backpack. I have done so for a while, but I think that I will still end up with green fingers if I touch the pouch on the front of the binder. It is amazing how far food coloring can seep! All the way throught the canvas of the backpack to the pouch on the binder, to the papers inside the pouch. And it doesn't leave.
Just barely finished this before the bell rang. Time to go to English now!
