  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Wordless Yearning Often times our relationships can bring to the fore our deep and abiding loneliness. We are often attracted to people who do not return it. As the song goes “Everyone here is thinking about someone else”. We seek a place of rest but never find it. Or if we do it is only for a...

Are we being asked by God to personally and willingly relinquish our knowledge of good and evil in favour of innocence while maintaining our original creativity? The Kingdom seems to support the notion that evil ways will be forgotten and no longer available as an option to avoid, unlike as it...
I was working in the 70s, working hard, long hours [sometimes 15 hrs] in London as an assistant manager in one of Britain's leading supermarkets. I would come home totally bushed. One sunny afternoon I espyed a magazine seemingly carelessly thrown away on the pavement, it was a gospel magazine...
1 Peter 2:21-25 ESV “For to this you have been called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you might follow in his steps. He committed no sin, neither was deceit found in his mouth. When he was reviled, he did not revile in return; when he suffered, he did not...
