Yes there is an art to conversation that I admit Im still learning as I tend to interrupt people and want to say things. For example if someone is ranting on about stuff I cant just let them rant I have to either stop them or ignore them as dont know what they on about half the time.

Also its hard to know what peoples intentions are if they start talking right off the bat, trying to impress me. The first date should ideally be in complete silence lol.

He was a "no conversationalist". I did the vast majority of the taking to keep from having an awkward silence. He interrupted me mid-sentence twice, stared at the waitress's boobs and was just generally miserable company. And no, this wasn't an online date. We were set up by a mutual friend.

Thats terrible why did he invite you for dinner then, if had nothing to say. He hsould have invited you to a movie and then you could have at least talked about it afterward.

I think you have to be forgiving of people when you go out with them, its not gonna be 'perfect' like sometimes going out when you dont feel like it and its a drag but you can always say no, maybe another time. Or maybe the other person wasnt feeling well, or its just bad timing.

Only go out with people you know and can trust to be alone with, is my advice. So that rules out internet dating for me.

To limit dating to only people you know and trust would severely limit an already very limited dating pool, in my opinion. I thought dating was to get to know someone and determine if you can trust them. The important thing is to not put yourself in danger while dating and to limit how much information you trust them with until you get to know them. The key is not to be alone with them until you know they are trustworthy and then still be careful. There is no reason to be alone with someone on a first or second date.

For a few of weeks way back in the day I use to date a girl who before every Friday night date we went on she had to go deliver her pounds of weed to her customers. It was like delivering newspapers for her. I would pick her up at 7 or so and we would drive around to her friends houses and drop off her stuff until about 9 when we would then go to a Chinese place and get a big container of fried rice where we would go home and feed each other. We would then go out to a few of our friends houses for a few hours and then come home and watch a move and crash out. On Saturday night we would go to the stock car races.

She was a nice girl and I really liked her and she was a good mother, too bad it did not work out.

You don't need to run. I can set and wait while you walk at any speed you like.

First we will go to The Amp (local outdoor concert hall) and see what ever band is playing. http://www.arkansasmusicpavilion.com/

We will then go to the down town square and hop from pub to pub until we get loose enough to go to a place that plays live music all night by local bands.

We would then go back to my place where we will keep each other warm until we wake up at 2 in the afternoon.

Then you would have to go home cause homie don't want nobody messing up up his pad.

Ha, ha, just kidding, you can stay as long as you want but you have to like fried rice as I love fried rice.
