My eight year old asked me in what year I was born earlier today. When I told her "1971" I thought she was going to die. The look on her face was worth a thousand words!!!! I think she said "schwew."

You know you are old too when your knees creak and hurt when the weather gets cold.
My right one sounds like a rusty door hingeOh yeah! My right knee creaks and clicks every morning when I walk down the stairs!
I know what you ladies mean. I bent down one day to pick up something I dropped and my knees and bones where making those popping sounds. My son heard it and asked me if I was falling apart.
Or when someone says "You look good for 49"
Awwwe Beauty for Ashes, it happens to me as well!when someone calls you "ma'am".
I almost looked around to see who the he was talking to - and it was me. lol
Tell me about it!It seems that more and more, songs I hear on the radio that I distinctly remember coming out not THAT long ago are called "oldies"!
