XBOX One vs PS4

Have Pre ordered my PS4. Been with playstation since their first, and Sega before that. Can't wait for some of the titles announced; Watch Dogs, The Division, The Order 1886, Elder Scrolls Online etc and to get my hands on that new controller

Never been interested in xbox, something about it I have never liked so I wasn't even considering one... just as well with their flip flops Although I do understand what they were trying to do.

The one semi-exclusive (on PC as well) game that does look great for xbox is Titanfall.

Thing is at any point MS can reverse what they already reversed once. Their EULA papers when you buy a Xbox One will obviously mention they can change the rules at any time and they are not liable.

Yep, they are already talking about implementing the policies again later on...

I would say go with the PS4.

X-Box One has that Always-On camera which is needed to run any game. We know that Microsoft is in bed with the NSA..

X-Box One + NSA = always on video spying.

Right now I think the PS4 and Wii U have the most potential. That should work as a good combination for me.
