and believe me... hardcore gets a lot faster than the last one... and it certainly not easy to keep up with the speed if you've got the resistance up to the maximum
That's cool. I like to lift to heavy metal and run to pretty much anything with a beat. I don't need anything with Yoga, but sometimes it's nice to listen to ocean waves, natural sounds, or soft music.
When I workout I have to have upbeat music playing-- I've found that the Black Eyed Peas have good songs and if you want the censored version they usually have that available. There are some pretty good pop songs and beats out there too- try Kenna. he's techno and funky!
I like training to Happy Hardcore techno (though they aren't Christian bands, the ones I like are mostly music only) - Dune - Million Miles Away or Dune - Rainbow to the Stars etc..
As far as Christian Hip Hop goes, Truce Crew and Everyday Process are my favorites.
I like anything poppy. Any (not completely overplayed) pop, hip hop and rock. I'm not too picky but it has to have a beat and not be slow. I run though so it's a bit different I think because it requires so much energy!
