The verse didn't say except for the weekly Sabbath. Sabbaths mean all not all but one.please note sabbath(s) plurial.... the law of Moses had about 13 of them, i lost count. It does not mean the weekly sabbath part of the 10 commandment that are the covenant is not to be kept. Since Jesus, the 12 and Paul kept the Saturday sabbath it says a lot on the validity of the weekly sabbath!

After the fall of man, there were 7 annual feasts days that some were also sabbath(s) which means rest days. Paul was careful that's why he says "was against us". Paul was very careful to provide the context....which no one ever seems to quote for some reason.

Please provide one scripture where the Sabbath commandment was handwritten?
God called the Sabbath part of "My commandments" Exo 20:6 and "My covenant" Deut 4:13 not My ordinances

Please use scripture to answer these questions because Paul was very careful to ensure we knew the sabbath(s) he was referring to. Not something God started at Creation Exo 20:11 His perfect plan before the fall of man, that God wrote with His own finger Exo 31:18 that God blessed and made holy, that no man has the authority to reverse. Num 23:20 as if any man was above God.
Jesus in His own words told His faithful to pray forty years after the Cross that their flight would not be on the Sabbath day Mat 24:20 so Jesus expected His people to be keeping and will be keeping in God's new Kingdom thus saith the Lord Isa 66:23 because it was always God's plan for humanity, man will always need God's blessing Isa 56:2 and His sanctification Eze 20:12 because we can't sanctify ourselves Is 66:17 we need God Eze 20:20 and keeping the Sabbath so we know we are worshipping the God of Creation Exo 20:11 Rev 14:7. Not the one who changed God's times and laws we were warned about Dan 7:25
There is a reason we have this warning in scripture about Paul's writings 2 Peter3:15-16. Paul himself kept every Sabbath decades after the Cross because if we abide in Christ John15:4-6,10 we ought to follow His example 1 John 2:6. Jesus kept the Sabbath and all of the commandments and He is who we are to follow. He is the way, through no one else. John 14:6

Not sure how one comes to the conclusion that would be against. Sounds like a doctrine from someone against God.

So He declared to you His covenant which He commanded you to perform, the Ten Commandments; and He wrote them on two tablets of stone.
You mistake the creation, Moses, for God, the Creator. God claimed the Ten Commandments as "My commandments" not the commandments of Moses. Moses is not God, God is not Moses.
Did Paul ever correct the Gentiles not to keep the Sabbath when they begged for more gospel preaching the next Sabbath because it was "contrary and against" them.
Acts 13:42 So when the Jews went out of the synagogue, the Gentiles begged that these words might be preached to them the next Sabbath.

God's people keep God's commandments. The Sabbath is a commandment of God, thus saith the Lord. But you are free to believe what you want. All gets sorted out soon enough. God will never force one to worship Him on the Sabbath Isa 66:23 its why God's Judgement is a Judgement of love.

Jesus is our example, never does it say we follow Jesus expect we can forget the one commandment God said Remember.
