Are there multiple Christian churches which Christ founded? If no, then how do you explain the Catholic church and your church (2 churches)?
Let's throw in the orthodox also, don't make them feel left out....

If Christ did not found multiple churches, how do you explain there being multiple churches (Catholic and yours)?
Actually, Orthodox, RCC, Protestant.......

But Christ did not found two churches, and you stated that Catholics and you go to different churches. Which did Christ found?
He did not found the one that believes He is created and a spirit brother of Satan...

I've answered this a few posts back.

If you do not like the truth, that is too bad.

So then you do, or do you not, view Catholics and you going to the same church? In post #30, you said you guys go to different churches. And again, Catholics view a priesthood of men as ESSENTIAL- this is a core belief of theirs.

There's is not a Christian church. CF does not recognize them as Christian, that is why they do not have their own congregational forum.
I stand corrected, Mormons are not considered Christian....

You do not understand how churches in Christianity are. But why would a cult that thinks that they are the only true church understand anything but there own false doctrine. I don't expect you to understand such a complex topic.

Perhaps you could explain things to me then?
You say Catholics and you go to different churches (2)... but Christ only founded 1 church
You have conflicting beliefs you consider to be essential (the role/need of priesthood), which points to you being 2 churches, but you say you are 1.
How do you reconcile this?

You seem to have this "fixation" on the priesthood....why is that?

I'm sorry Jane, but I do not care that you do not understand if you are not willing to do the work of understanding it yourself. Different denominations in Christianity is not a negative concept as you believe, but I will not be spending my time explaining it to you as I have important work to do in spreading God's Word. Not satisfying people who will not take the time to understand different Christian demoninations.

Wikipedia may help you initially start learning. Or visit the different congregations here on CF. Seek and you will find. Knock and the door will be opened.

Because the Mormons think they are Hebrew and of the priesthood of Aaron, literally and the priesthood of Melchezedek, which only included Melchezedek and Jesus Christ.

Falsely of course.

You consider the fact that different churches claiming to all follow the Bible coming to expressly opposite conclusions over essentials to be a GOOD THING??? How do you reconcile such confusion over scripture with 1 Corinthians 14:33?

It's more of a running example to explain things to TBL (we recently had a discussion about priesthood). I could have picked any number of topics Christian churches disagree on, or an different example church (didn't have to be Catholics).
