What is science? It is man's gathering of evidence to find explanations for the natural that God hasn't given us. People say that God gave us a mind and expected us to use it. Really? Isn't that exactly what Eve did? She studied the fruit and questioned how it could be so pleasing and wanted to get the answer to her question.

Is that really why God created us? That He wanted us to spend all our time and devote all our attention to trying to figure out how everything works? I'm not so sure.

There are no links to any mutations that causes one kind to evolve into another... your idea that different fossil remains shows us evidence of mutation is conjecture and not evidence. You didn't see them mutate into different kinds, you just believed what the 'experts' said they did.

Unity in the Spirit dos not mean we all think alike, it means unity in diversity. It's the diversity part that you seem to have trouble with.
I have no idea if those men believe that man evolved from prehistoric apes, but i know that Paul teaches us to have no divisions, and to mind spiritual things instead of mans contentious politics and fallible scientific theories. I dont understand why people would rather have division than unity. Unity is not simply agreeing to disagree, but is agreeing on all things. Its to mind Christ and Him alone, because in that there is no disagreement. Its politics, science, and denominations, that start disagreements, because they glory in man instead of God alone. THey glory in teachers, and power, and education, rather than the spirit. Christ and Christ alone is all that matters and all that can bring true unity, rather than false unity.
Yes, Extraneous, those men had no problems with evolution (but not the idea that man evolved from prehistoric apes since that's not what evolution is about, as has been clarified many times), and they probably can't understand why people don't want to agree with them, but the Bible does suggest that we are to live in peace, *as much as is possible*, given that we can't force others to agree with us. My point is that the argument that only atheists (and people who are "bad company") believe in evolution is false. One cannot claim to be a seeker of truth and keep repeating falsehoods.
