Trump
Even most of the Democrats in Washington are not mentioning Obama much regarding the stock market today.

It is when Trump runs out of gifts to give corporations that we will see the true effect of his administration. Maybe good. Maybe bad. We will not know until gifts run out.
Lower taxes are a gift. Allowance to pollute environment, and have society pay for cleanup instead of company. That is also a gift. Gifts come in many different wrappings. But eventually Trump will have no more gifts to give.Gifts? You mean like not taxing them as much and then people who invest their money in those companies actually see an increase rather than watch their investments fail?

Along with many different colorful labels, according to the viewpoint of the one doing the labeling.
Indeed. To quote bloomberg (Note that Obama is #1 for hourly wage.):
Ranking the Obama Economy
Trump says the last eight years have been disastrous. Nope, not when compared to other recent presidencies.
Bloomberg has Obama ranked #3, ahead of Reagan, for S&P 500. And #1 for value of dollar. This doesn't really mean much in relation to what we're discussing. The stock market is the topic, and we've all seen what those numbers have been showing since Trump was elected.

Considering economy was on verge of collapse when Obama took over, that is very well done.
Yes, things change over a four year term, so we won't know final results of Trump presidency until he is finished. You can believe what every you want. It is a free country.Well, Trump wasn't even on that chart. As for who will be seen as more responsible for the recent spike in the stock market when a future chart is made, I believe Trump will be seen most responsible for the current surge.

Stock market through the ceiling and the word is much more growth to come thanks to Trump.

Today marks the 70th record closing since the new year.

...and wages?
Best to keep the minimum wage where it's at counterproductive to raise it.

The poll seems to be missing the "Neither" option.
Yes, I expect to see more hiring and pay raises for some.
Heard today that a family of 4 making $55,000 a year will pay nothing in taxes. For many there should be some nice tax rebates.
We will see?
