You do know there are areas of this forum for Christians only, right? Hint: Physical & Life Sciences is not one of them.

I still wonder why athiests just love hanging around a site or threads debating a god they say does not exist...
I think God convicts a lot of them to come here, so they can get a good dose of how faith works.

That's the right attitude, but apparently some want to, hmmm... how should I say this? Preach to the choir!

You know I could care less if you believe us or not. We are on a Christian forum and you are big said athiest who hangs around here.........why? Why wont any athiest here have the guts to just call it like it is?

And look at the oil companies the past few years......maybe they should turn from who they ask for advice to those who believe in God.

What have athiests created to benefit mankind?

Spoken like a true Christian!

Oil companies (just like any other company) take advice from whoever makes them have more profit.

What have athiests created to benefit mankind?

Hmmm... Let me think... I know the answer to this one. How about we start with electricity!

What is the name of the website could you please tell us?

If you dig a little deeper than the name you will find out this website's mission statement. I pasted it below, in case you missed it (red font color mine), if you still want to ban all non-Christian from posting here you should make a formal suggestion.

Mission:

1. To establish and grow a Christian community that is open to everyone (of all faiths, beliefs, and nations) guided by rules driven by Christian principles which keep in mind:
Gal 5:22-23 GNT But the Spirit produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility, and self-control. There is no law against such things as these.

2. To provide a meeting place for Christians to fellowship with one another and outreach to non-Christians, keeping in mind:
2 Cor 5:17-18 GNT Anyone who is joined to Christ is a new being; the old is gone, the new has come. All this is done by God, who through Christ changed us from enemies into his friends and gave us the task of making others his friends also.

Let's see. I post a message showing Astrid's claims about the content of Dawkin's "The Ancestor's Tale" to be false and why I would know better than she does and dancin' responds with a multi-paragraphy reply. Let's see how much of it has to do with the actual content of my original post.

Well gee....what difference does it make that you have your picture taken with Dawkins?

This is germane because the point of my post was the content of a book he wrote and my familiarity with it as opposed to Astrid quoting a lying Wikipedia entry. On topic so far.

O.k. Looks like nothing else in this long disjointed rant against Dawkins and/or atheism had anything to do with the content of "The Ancestor's Tale" so I'll just ignore it. Thanks for stopping by, but please try to stay on topic per forum rules.

Wow, just wow. Not only do you continue to avoid responding to the debunking of your "frauds" claim, your "entropy" claim, or any of the other science based topics you raised, now you're going to try and play the martyr card after trying to make some sort of point by noting that this is Christianforums.com to people who have been members here for more years than you have been a member for months?

You might "still wonder why atheists blah blah", but I contiue to be befuddled by people like you who avoid the topic at hand or responses to their claims and instead go with "this is Christianforums.com" to people who have been members her for years. Are you somehow under the impression that we accidentally found our way to a forum, registered and in some cases joined as site supporters without knowing the nature of the forum?

Guided by rules driven by Christian principles.....yea. How many athiests agnostics....follow this one? I am not talking about all of them...but there are enough that make pot shots and demean believers on here and the forum allows this to happen. This is a place where the Great Commission is to be carried out....that means every Christian on here should be spreading the gospel. This is a Christian site or it is suppose to be just that. Is it? I am still not sure...seems to me the humanists are in control here....because I do not see many Christians in many moral discussion areas. They are mainly made up of agnostics and athiests...who love discussions about a God they reject. Like Dawkins...they come with motives....not to be open to the gospel....but to try to deman those who believe it.

Read the scriptures that go with the rules.

I think God convicts a lot of them to come here, so they can get a good dose of how faith works.

So God wants atheists to come here and get a negative impression of how faith works??

This is a place where the Great Commission is to be carried out....that means every Christian on here should be spreading the gospel.

Just my two cents, but you guys are not doing a very good job of it.

The latest flavour of the month is that Afarensis is NOT in the human line. One would think that would be the end of it. However, as usual, there are those researchers that arrive at their own conclusions and do not necessarily accept work from their own researchers if they do not like it or if it is going to make a goose of some of their own previous work or claims to fame.

I am still going to get the book, but I must say, I am not rushing to read outdated woffle.

Wiki cites Dawkins. All USincognito has to do is contact them and give them the information and how it is misrepresented and they will look into it and if validated will change the content. It is as simple as that.

Another example of great story telling is all the woffle about Turkana Boys long femoral neck that made him into a long distance athlete. Now that he is short waddler that was not running anywhere, where does this story they have woffled on woth for years go?...into that great garbage bin of evolutionary delusions past along with a stack of other so called 'evidence for evolution'.

The upshot of it all is that evolutionary researchers have no idea what they are talking about and will present any dreamed up sceanrio as evidence, regardless of the lack of plausibility. An other evolutionary delusion is half wits giving birth to fully dependent babies, that reach independence quickly like a chimp is just one recent example of stupidity, a lack of common sense and ignoring what is observed. They now have the unenviable situation of an ape with a larger and more capacious pelvic opening than modern women giving birth to babies with only 30-50% of human size. Why do evos suppose that is? I know...it is because as I have suggested all along half wits cannot raise fully dependent babies. So now they come up with half human babies that were born dependent and grew up quickly like a chimp to try to resolve the dilemma. What absolute and utter nonsense.

http://www.fas.harvard.edu/~bioanth/tanya_smith/pdf/Science 11.14.2008.pdf

I think evolutionsists, particularly atheists will believe anything they are told regardless of how silly and non plausible it may be.

Nothing evolutionsist produce is credible, yet creationists have to work with it because if we site creationist work we get insulted as if their mess and 150 years of change means anything.

Evolutionists will not let real science and observation get in the way of a good story.

NONE OF THEM ARE RIGHT......
That's cute. You guys all banding together to rip a concept you don't understand and refuse to try to understand because you think it's evil. Aw...

Except, here's the thing... I'm more right than you are. And even if I'm someday proven wrong I'm still more right than you are. That's not an opinion or boasting. It's a proven fact. If you can prove you're reading these words then I can prove I'm more right than you are because only if the world exists in such a state that we're not really communicating by these words is it possible that I'm not more right than you are.

I think evolutionsists, particularly atheists will believe anything they are told regardless of how silly and non plausible it may be.

If that were true, why don't we believe in creationism? Or angels? Or global floods? Or water turning into wine?

This has to be the most misleading post I have ever seen in this forum... Religious folks are the ones asked to blindly believe religious books. All scientists are seeking to breaking paradigms and are trained to question current scientific knowledge, I can guarantee you with 100% certainty that if someone were to propose (and provide evidence to support) a theory that was better than evolution they would probably get the Nobel prize for it. Today it is exceedingly rare for anybody to publish simple observations demonstrating evolution, because it is common knowledge.

Yes, and instead of spreading the gospel, you come here and tells every "infidel" to just shut up. Very Christian message. When sinners go to your church do you turn them away too?
