R.J.S said:Indeed, he comes in judgement as we see in Matthew 25.
exodus said:the rapture is simply a bad word
L0U said:Well forever, if you would apply some of that insight that you think you have you would see that R.J.S. is talking about the first coming 2000 years ago and second coming of the Lord in the future.
forever said:Be "not doubletongued" (1 Tim. 3.8) for you can see why I had to say what was said since you made the mistake saying there are not two second comings of Christ.
L0U said:There are not 'two second comings'.
forever said:Your confusion shows your sin bearing false witness.
Parousia of Christ is a process to rapture those who are overcomers in the church at first rapture. Christ is in the clouds. Then the rest of Christians are raptured at the 7th trumpet. Then Christ returns with His Holy Myriads (Jude 14-15) and steps down on the mount of olives.
His second coming is one time. Many do not have faith to see this.
L0U said:IT IS WRITTEN:"this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven."They saw Him go from the Mount of Olives to heaven. And 'in like manner' He will come from heaven to the Mount of Olives.
I really believe that your Bible is collecting way to much dust.
forever said:I believe this verse, so why accuse like that great accuser?

L0U said:You are the one teaching of a coming before the coming spoken of in Acts 1:11.
forever said:There is not a coming before His coming.
L0U said:Then why are you teaching of one other than the one in Acts 1:11?
forever said:Why are you sinning accusing that I am teaching another when I am not? Sin owns you.
forever said:Christ comes first through parousia beginning at first rapture.
forever said:it is evident that there are at least two raptures: for note that the first passage suggests rapture before the Tribulation because one must be watchful since he does not know when his Lord will come; while the second passage suggests rapture after the Tribulation because one knows when the day of the Lord shall come.
forever said:Knowing that the Lord would not come before the end of the three and a half year's period...
forever said:the first passage suggests rapture before the Tribulation because one must be watchful since he does not know when his Lord will come...
L0U said:It would only be sin if the accusation was false and by the following it is shown not to be false:
Need I say more?
forever said:Parousia of Christ is a process to rapture those who are overcomers in the church at first rapture.
These words are true.L0U said:Well, according to the very Word's of the Lord the 'parousia' occurrs the great tribulation:"Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory."Jesus warned of false prophet and false teacher who would be teaching of ANOTHER coming prior to this coming that HE taught us:
"For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming (parousia) of the Son of man be."The context of these warnings by our Lord is both during and after "the tribulation of those days" i.e, "great tribulation".
forever said:But, do you not realize you are that false prophet?
forever said:Don't shut your mind down to first rapture otherwise you are looking for the Antichrist first
You are not teaching the coming of Christ beginning at the start of the Tribulation. That is the teaching of a false prophet.L0U said:I'm not the one teaching of a coming prior to the tribulation. Jesus taught of His PAROUSIA AFTER the tribulation, not before.
Oh, you mean like how the apostle John expected anti-Christ to come before Christ:
"Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time."
forever said:You are not teaching the coming of Christ beginning at the start of the Tribulation. That is the teaching of a false prophet.
Luke 21.36, Matt. 24.40-41, Rev. 3.10, 7.9 and 12.5 disagree with you you.L0U said:That's because Jesus did'nt teach of a coming before tribulation. Since the Lord did not teach of a coming before tribulation but after tribulation, Who are you calling false?
IT IS WRITTEN:"But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction."
