I have a baby Cuisinart processor I love for mixing small stuff too little to use the large one. For smoothies I love my hand held blender stick, make smoothies, put in pot of cooked down tomatoes and mix right in the pot to make tomato sauce, thicken stews, and I also use is to 'puree' cottage cheese with flax seed oil, a mixture I make up for my doggie who has cancer, it helps to make the vitamins she takes be absorbed better.
I've heard that! never had one but I do know I have an old oster jar with a screw on lid, must have come from one of those vintage ones I must have picked up at a yard sale or something. It has measurements on the side.
Everyone's always searching for the perfect toaster.
I've been using a toaster oven for over two decades, my latest is a toaster/convection oven and it works great. I just came across my husbands mothers old toasters while cleaning out the basement the other day. It looks like the kind you used to put right on the stove but this one is electrified.
Like this one, but electric.
I've always wanted a Vitamix, could never afford one. I remember, decades ago seeing the full page ads on the back page of ladies magazines showing all they could do. I always wondered what it would be like to be able to make hot soup, grind my own grain, knead dough, and make ice cream with the same appliance! Guess I'll never know but that's OK, I can no longer eat wheat or most grains so that part is out.
Yes, I've used mine for chopping nuts, spices and even egg shells (after washing) to put on my tomato plants. Handy things they are!
Haven't been to a tupperware party in years so not sure what it is. I have one of these,
But have recently taken up canning and part of the kit I got had one of these handy tools to open the mason jars and could work on other jars as well.
It's silicone coating helps it to grip well and it will fit around just about any size jar!
