I'm late in getting the horrible news about the tornadoes in the South, especially Alabama. The people who lost loved ones and their homes are in my prayers. Thousands will need our prayers for a long time.

Here, it's been in the mid 70s and sunny.

at times, gusting to 25mph or more and was very chilling

We had a nice time at the beach this afternoon - partly cloudy, breezy, and around 85. Humidity was only around 70% - not bad for FL! The wind was coming from the east so the seas were rough and there was LOTS of seaweed, which came home in the kids bathing suits.

Here, it's 50F and the clouds have been in since Noon. No rain in the forecast though.

Well the wind failed to get up to speed today
as it has this past week or so
with the consequence it felt much warmer today [probably @24.C]

We attended our ceramics class today
and learned that the class MAY be resited elsewhere [after-all]

Am sad for the news being received of all the tornado damage in the US
Our friend 'Pat' [in Alabama] says that storms have so far passed North of her home
