CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

5:30am-8:30am. Heavy lightning that produces the heavy thunder, that produces the heavy rain with some hail, that produces the heavy wind, all from heavy clouds that moved on to the east. And we are now under some heavy sun with a light breeze. Whata beautiful day.

two azaleas planted, two more to go later today.
I have some repair men here this morning installing gutter guards, so they've got me blocked inside for awhile.
good thing is after this is done there will be some very secure gutters and no more waterfalls of rain where there shouldn't be.
This is a good thing indeed, because we are expecting rain tonight....and all of next week as well!

The weather doesn't seem to be keeping to its seasons these days! ...and global warming certainly hasn't come this way either! Frozen showers here too with some sunny intervals, and colder than usual for the end of April. However some winter weather was warmer than expected, so it's balanced out but hard to predict!
