I won't deny a certain degree of evolution (although it is my belief we came from Adam and Eve therefore I find cavemen humorous).

But, how we get to where we are isn't the point I want addressed. Where does the universe and everything in it come from? Evidence suggests it has a start so what was it before?

No one knows what caused the BB (if it even makes sense to use the word "cause"). Only the arrogant convince themselves they know something that they actually don't. That includes you. I advice some humility.
