This has been my first week working all 3 jobs at 100%. Shifting gears between them is challenging, but I'll get used to it. My dad suggested that this sounds like a good mental workout, and I agree. At the very least, I'll learn a thing or two along the way and have interesting stories to share.
If you all would please pray. My area is to be hit with severe storms tonight. I already heard a deafening and startling crack of thunder outside.
I know it might not sound like a big deal, and it isn't thunder I am afraid of ... but I am always a bit edgy about the possibility of the power going out during these things. That sudden lapse into darkness and the comforting background hum of things like my fan, my air conditioner, my PC tower, etc. coming to a slow halt, has always unnerved me a bit.
I guess you could say that, to some degree, even today I am still scared of the dark.
Only 50 hours per week, thank goodness. All three are part-time. Two are 20 hours and one is 10 hours. Monday through Friday on a 10 hour workday. My weekends are relatively free, with some flexibility to work from home. The first two jobs are technically under the same employer, which means I get to keep my benefits. If the new position goes full time, I'll resign from the old one. The 10 hour role involves a 3 year commitment, but I previously worked with that group as a volunteer so I'm used to the hours.Dang, bro. Even my schedule as it was for a couple of weeks recently at my one job was nothing by comparison. Are all of your jobs part-time? Or do you mean that you are actually doing the typical 40 hours with each one, totaling to 120 hours every week? Because if so, you may as well be Superman. O_O
God bless you for persevering . I am sure your poems are lovely.I have never written this many poems at one time... I am really struggling right now... and I hate admitting that...
I'm always exhausted after work. Anyone else feel the same way? Maybe I'm overreacting.
Thank you! I truly do appreciate that!! It means a lot! God bless you!!!God bless you for persevering . I am sure your poems are lovely.
Thanks for responding. I do not know why I am tired all the time. I thought it was abnormal. You're not alone, I assure you. At least you get tomorrow to rest.
