I think it’s a mistake streamers don’t sell their content on DVD or Blu Ray as well. It can’t be that pricey to copy information on a disk, put it in cheap plastic or cardboard, & sell it for 25-35$. You get the customers that want to stream, plus get the audience that wants it on disk too. It’s a win-win.

I might apply for a position that matches more what I went to school for at my employer. I do really really bad at ‘situational interviews’, & the truth is, I’d rather not get rejected. It’s better for me to not know. I know the block the position is in, the responsibilities don’t scare me if I could do them or not. Interviews are just that hard for me. & if 15 people apply, only 1 will get chosen.

She's partially hidden by the left monitor once I actually set the tower in place, but, ... yeah, sure enough when I set out to buy a new PC with my tax refund, despite hours of deliberation between 7 or 8 different models for their various specs and prices, apparently I utterly failed to notice from the snapshots of the tower itself that I finally decided on that there is the quite large and obvious image of some unknown space-hero-cyborg-magical girl imprinted on one side.

Well okay. Actually wouldn't normally be my thing when it comes to certain manners of house decor, but Sarah's Knight is nothing if not consistent with a lifelong motto that you've always heard me preach around here ->

If there wasn’t interview it’d be a no-brainer. I really am terrible at them. I went on at least 30 before I got my current job, & even that wasn’t really an interview so much as a meeting with a staffing agency that placed me.

Plus I might’ve stalled too long. There is a lady that usually works from home working w/ the block’s lead today so maybe she transferred? I don’t know her but know she works from home usually, I’m not sure what she usually does. They’re done now but it was a good ½ hour they were working together. But applications were needed in by Monday so I was waiting. I want time to prepare for interview – I don’t want to submit it & then interview 2 minutes later!

I’m reading the job description. It seems like a lateral move, maybe even a small step down?. But oh well, it’d be something different, I’ve been doing what I’m doing 8 years now. I don’t mind a lateral move.

I think I'll review interview questions tonight & apply tomorrow. If 15 people are applying, I probably have zero chance. If it's just a couple, it might be worth it. Plus, you gotta think people already working for the company have a priority over people who would be brand new.
