My sister wants to have a drafting table that she gave me 15 years ago. My feelings are mixed, as it gets a fair amount of use and I like how it looks in my home office, but I suppose this is a good excuse for me to upgrade to one with a glass top. That would be much more versatile, and function as a light table.

I got rained on while mountain biking, and then decided to drive elsewhere to fly R/C planes. I already had one with me in the car. I then encountered another rain cloud that quickly put a damper on those plans. The skies were otherwise blue, so it was a little weird driving around on dry roads while sopping wet. At least I have a tarp on-hand to keep the seats dry.

It was a calculated risk. I knew there was a chance of pop-up showers, but I'm glad I went out anyway.

I don't think she remembers whether it was given or loaned. There were other items that I held onto while her family was moving, so I have had furniture of theirs in my house before.

She found it somewhere, and asked if I wanted it. It's a cool vintage design, and I was drawing a lot at the time, so of course I said yes. Now that she's taking a technical drawing class, she has a use for one.

I heard Solomon climbed a mountain to see what he would saw. I was in a situation where something was split between me and a cousin and later he wanted my half too.
