Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.
There are a few things you can do to help but sadly they work only when you are marginally tired. One thing I learned long ago is how to power nap. I was going to school and working overtime 10-11 hour shifts and 4-6 hours of school a day and on one day I got 4 hours of sleep and was literally blacking out while walking I was so tired. I got that 6 hour day changed so the most I had to go to school was 4 hours and on every break at work I napped for 8-15 minutes and 15-20 at lunch. I also learned to work with my eyes closed and relaxing almost asleep doing manual repetitive labor. The tiredness was going around work as people had been working overtime for 10 months including saturdays and there was a lot of injuries with people not paying attention due to tiredness.

Don't think of death as an end to this life with all its sin and evilness along with the good, think of it as the beginning of a perfect life with never an issue again......forever with no more thoughts of death.I don’t want to die.
It seems you have a bit of a fixation on it. I am that way to a small extent too. It's no fun at all.
I went to the doctor because I was feeling bad...... and he gave me finger transplants now I feel better.Feeling sad today.
