Indeed it has. God has kept us and allowed our paths to cross once more. Perhaps its not by chance.



You’re welcome. Life ebbs and flows. We have summits and valleys. How we handle them is the difference. You have a lot in your tool belt. Strength, introspection, and a willingness to tell the truth and see it.

When you embrace a thought or belief you’ll inevitably encounter contradictions and things that challenge it. Refuting is the norm. Some bury their head in the sand. But asking the question requires a willingness to consider and turn back.

That’s a frightening prospect for most. Dismantlement is terrifying. We long for sameness and certainty. But sometimes you have to upset the apple cart. Because you’re carrying the wrong thing, heading in the wrong direction or using the wrong tool.

Don’t be afraid to let it go. There’s liberty in release. The truth can set us free when we’re willing to accept it. If you made a mistake dissect it. What landed you there? Look for the smoking guns. The triggers that bring reactions that place you on its path and get rid of them.

Pray them away. Keep knocking like the lady with the unjust judge. Don’t stop asking until He responds.

The blessings of the Lord make rich and He adds no sorrow. What are His blessings and their conditions? You can’t claim the good without meeting the criteria. Become conversant in it. Consider the consequences of your thoughts, feelings and actions from a spiritual perspective.

Then you’re ready to play the game. That’s what it is. A grand chess board. Every move begets a response in the natural and spiritual realms.

You’ll view your experiences differently and see the patterns — good and bad. And you’ll understand the strategies. The landmines he erects for your destruction. And you can sidestep them. Counter them with the word and truth.

This allows you to contemplate the outcome before you start. Do I want the consequence or result this will bring? Everything is a seed. What are you watering? Look at the harvests in your life and speak them by name.

Don’t water confusion. Don’t water doubt. They’re weeds. Counter them strategically. Find the holy opposite. The fruit or virtue that references the other. The good thing you want to manifest.



You don’t need pills or shrinking. All you need is the Lord and support. You have more mettle than you realize. It’s carried you this far.

So let’s pray and see what He does. The effective prayers of a righteous man avails much.

I'm not sure which is more disheartening, the amount of bad-faith arguments and passive aggressive insults worded just so not to violate rules... or how many professing Christians accept such pernicious ideas as the documentary hypothesis and suggest some parts of scripture should not be used doctrinally or should even be included in the scriptures.

Regarding the first, it seems like the arguments have become more snide in the last decade than they were before, but maybe I only paying more attention.

I don't know HOW people find this site, and then take it upon their conscience to willingly waste their own time in such ridiculous ways. It's a Saturday, you live in the free-world, you have internet access and therefore the ability to learn something new in seconds, at your fingertips. What are you doing?

I have glanced at some of the later chapters in the book, there are some things I disagree on a bit, where I am thinking, is this guy just old fashioned, or a bit uptight, or am I wrong? Is this part of the old me?

Yes and no.

I suspect your disagreement would have been greater a few months ago. You were in a different place and your beliefs supported that position. Now you’re elsewhere and view the words from a different perspective. There will always be things that resonate or don’t.

Instead of relying on the mind or emotions for judgment. I’m emphasizing the spirit instead. The others have a place. But they’re soulish and commonly used by satan. He can’t speak to your spirit if its in dwelt by God. They won’t testify to one another. He relies on the other senses and encourages you to do the same. But the bible tells you to test the spirit.

Question your doubts and questions. Why do you disagree? Is the position biblical? Do the same for your beliefs. Put them under the microscope. Every wrong ideal you exchange nullifies his impact. You’re shoring up the building and deepening your alignment.

Your decrease = His increase = Christ consciousness

I read the book and it was convicting. Some of the behaviors he criticized I was guilty of. I fell short in other areas in relation to the type discussed. Sometimes you need to see yourself in writing. The mirror is beneficial if you’re willing to face the music.

The Holy Spirit didn’t come to validate the flesh. He’s there to help you look like Jesus. He’ll show you where you’re falling short through tools and experiences that increases holiness.

Filter it through the word. Is the alignment wrong? God, man, and woman? No. Society says otherwise. But who cares. Heaven moves on His precepts. Not man’s. He won’t bend for us. He changes not. The progressive rhetoric is nothing more than a spiritual hijack meant to hasten your progress.

You have to get into the practice of seeing what God says. Open the word. What does He expect of men and women? What responsibilities does He lay on their shoulders? That’s who you are from His perspective.

Comfort yourself in this. The spirit is progressive. What you glean at the first sitting will differ from the next. Growth and maturity alters our insight. You’ll see things that weren’t obvious the first go round. Some lessons have prerequisites. We can’t step into them without the groundwork.

We’re talking about Adam and the spiritual principles that accompany the position. When you unpack him you’ll understand the deeper meaning of help meet. And you need to before she comes.

You can’t be marriage minded with a single consciousness. It’s me-centered. Knowing where you struggle is important. You can bring it to God and seek His assistance.

At the end of the day we’re talking about one flesh. What does it mean? How does it look? You have an example. Look at the trinity. Are the components doing their own thing or working together? Are the roles offensive or not?

It’s a unit that functions on one accord. Study what it means. That’s the key to a successful marriage. You can’t be chasing your agenda nor can she.

An excellent wife is the crown of her husband, but she who brings shame is like rottenness in his bones.

A crown is a mark of distinction.

The Holy Spirit will be my GPS, but before all that, you're the one that gave me a road map, to get to this point. I appreciate that. You're one of those people I needed to encounter.

The connection is mutually beneficial. Never doubt that. We’ve blessed one another.
