Ugly folks, beautiful folks, folks with six fingers.
... and dorky but endearing folks like me.
Well, maybe one day, anyway.
Dorky? No. Cool? Yes!... and dorky but endearing folks like me.![]()
Oh, poor Tallulah.Everyone, please pray for my safety, as I am taking a spontaneous trip - leaving right now - to see my dog Tallulah in Houston. My mother is having to put her to sleep later this week, so this is my only chance, when I haven't been to Houston to see either of them in over a year due to Covid. Thankfully I don't have to be back home for anything until Tuesday, so I should have a solid half day or so there before having to come back.
Oh, poor Tallulah.I'm so sorry to hear about this SK. I hope her final days will be peaceful and as painless as possible. I'm sure she will always be remembered.

You are not. Only if you insist on staying down as a failure. But once you try to rise again and make of that failure a success - and yes, it isn't always easy to just bounce back - then you no longer will be a failure in anyone's eyes, certainly not God's. There is no need to see yourself as this, DragonFox.i am a failure

Wow. That's a big decision! This is finals week for my students. I've never been more glad to see the end of a semester. So glad. In fact, I'm seriously considering never teaching again. I don't think there is any point any longer.
