Day one of a fully nocturnal sleep pattern. I sleep from 10am to 4pm - and so far, it seems like a bombproof plan. I work through the night on all of various projects, I leave the house at 5am to catch the sun rising over the ocean, I then come back at 6:30/7 to mop up any work and eat a breakfast/dinner, then slowly wind down next to an open window.
This does several things: it gives me unfaltering focus, the chance to walk freely in the morning, and maximises my social distancing (and I avoid the news).
Liking it. My pineal gland is a bit confused, but it'll live.
