I remember asking you what that was some time ago when you first brought it up here, and when you explained, I immediately tried it myself and found I was overcome with tremors after maybe 20 seconds. I lasted a minute and a half in all, I think.

For a while now, I've been doing two minutes regularly and stopping there. But today I was feeling unusually good and decided to go for three. I think I'll be going back to two at least for the next little while.

Really weird how it seems to hurt the stomach area after about a minute, like it's really being stretched there. Unless I'm doing it wrong somehow? You might have more expert advice on this exercise than I do.

No, this is my experience too. At around a minute and a half, my legs start to really wobble.

Never heard of it. have watched zero T.V. and no movies lately...kind of a trip, because I enjoy a good movie...I think the last one I really watched was The Joker.

It's on Netflix.. worth a watch.. kind of a stupid premise.. but than again the film doesn't take itself too seriously.

I'm in this FB group for game show discussion. Someone posted a clip for a Family Feud Canada Fast Money round. One of the questions was "Name an animal other than a chicken that lays an egg." The first contestant got flustered and said "hen", and the second one gave a much more reasonable answer of "snake". Wouldn't you know it? "Hen" actually made the survey, with three people saying it.
