I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas. As always, it came and went so fast. I had a great Christmas Day!

Now 2018 is almost over! It went so fast! Time to think about New Year's.

The pain from when I hurt my neck finally seems to be about gone today. Thank You Lord!

Please pray for me as I have been sick off and on all last night sick to my stomach. I finally have crackers and Gatorade in my stomach... not sure what else to try but I have to work tomorrow afternoon so please pray for me.

It is softly storming outside right now ever since I was on my way home from work. When hearing a particularly lengthy rumble of thunder in the distance as I was getting out of my car and heading up the stairs to my apartment, I suddenly recalled the memory of what my maternal grandfather would say to me as a pre-teen and my younger cousin Haley (so she would have been just four and five years old at the time) whenever we were both at my grandparents' house and it had begun to thunder outside. He would always say, "You know what is really happening whenever you hear thunder? The devil is whipping his wife!"

I don't know why, but we both thought it was funny. Just, the thought of Satan spanking someone - least of all his wife, whoever she'd be - down in the Abyss and it producing a thunderclap with each swipe so loud that you hear it all the way from Earth.

Too bad tomorrow's Alabama vs. Oklahoma game is on ESPN. I only have network TV with an antenna. I'm probably going to miss it.

No man claiming Christianity has the right to call a pretty girl derogatory names for the fact that much of her creative work on the Internet has to do with being pretty and sexually enticing in appearance. If her sexuality is so offensive to him, he shouldn't be following after her and watching her work in order to feel justified in calling her a four-letter s-word to shame her not once but multiple times. What, does he believe that he is exposing the unrighteousness of a pretty girl doing sexy cosplay for her fans? The only unrighteousness, ultimately, lies with his blatant disrespect for someone who has done nothing to harm him, personally or indirectly.

Let me tell you something: I have had sexual failings over the course of my path to becoming a knight of noble and kind, Christ-like ways, and I have not or will not ever blame the woman in any way for it. The far, far more grievous sin or evil, in my personal convictions, is shaming her for my own failings and lack of self-discipline.

I will not disrespect women if they choose to dress like Cammy White or Harley Quinn at conventions. I simply will not do it. It would be hypocritical of me for one, if I had ever even once been swayed with desire for seeing them in such states of dress, and then I dare to call her a disrespectful and shameful label for it?! And God forgive me for the few times I have insulted a lady in the past for anything like this, because it is not what a knight does. No man should.

It is wrong for men to allow themselves to sin over a woman's style of dress, and no one should ever call her a wrongful word over it. However, we can't say that the woman never has any part in it, because from what I have heard over the years, the woman sometimes does it on purpose. She should know before she wears the clothing (or after she puts it on) that it is not proper dress, and if she is concerned about men's reactions she should not wear them. I'm sure there are exceptions, but it seems that many women who dress immodestly are trying to lead men to sin over it, which is also wrong.

Please keep praying! Got an update that the doctors don’t think she’s (one of my many adopted mama’s) going to make it! I believe He is the Mighty Healer! If it’s His will, she will come back to us! Please pray for her and her family!!! :’( For those who don’t know, she had a heart attack a few weeks ago and had a stent put in but has been in a medically induced coma since.

I hope that I did not seem rude or anything in that previous post, I certainly did not mean to be. It just seems to me that the idea I frequently see on CF is that it's okay for women to wear anything they want and if anything happens, it's always the man's fault. But both of them can be to blame, depending on the situation.

I'm beginning to believe that being on CF is just making me more defensive than I've ever been. I'm sorry if I've ever hurt anyone.
