Sometimes I wonder whatever happened to @GodAndChocolateVanilla and if she's doing okay. Her total disappearance some months ago was awfully sudden, and I do miss hearing from her.

Was she back with her husband or not? I don't recall.

Fully moved out of my old home at Chateau Apartments, where I've lived ever since moving back to my college town of Magnolia in late 2018, and into my new home just a mile up the street, now!

It just dawned on me that the place in Chateau Apartments was the longest I had ever lived in one place all of my life, including my childhood - about 6.5 years.

Interestingly, I now live literally one block away from SAU, my school. From my porch at night I can see many of her lights through the sparse line of trees separating the small group of houses where I live from the school. It's kind of nice. ^-^

Also, I am just relaxing at Mule Kick after a rough day at work, and that song by Ellie Goulding, "Love Me Like You Do", was just on. I actually quite like the song, which for me is odd when typically I would find mildly sexually-charged lyrics like those to be distasteful, seemingly cheapening any emotional depth the song could have by confusing earnest love with "Hey! The most important part of our romantic relationship is how well we bang!"

But here? I don't know; I rather like Ellie Goulding's voice from what few songs I know from her, and to me she just sounds so ... sincere, here, for lack of a better term. And I was lulled into a rather contentedly tranquilized state while just listening to her song just now.




(Besides, as can always be expected to hear from me of all people, it helps that I find Ellie Goulding to be really cute. )
