Thank you! Pretty much shadow the pastors while I finish up my degree. Then they will decide whether to bring me on staff officially as a pastor.

I have a county as a client at work. They are choosing not to follow Federal Law & won't get penalized because they are government & so the laws don't apply to them. They write laws that designed to hurt you but it doesn't apply to them.

I have ceiling woes...

I recently had to have the ceiling in one room of my house replaced because it was sagging and cracked around the light fitting. Then this morning I got woken up by a dripping noise, and the ceiling in my bedroom has a patch that's a slightly different colour from the rest of the ceiling. I did try taking a look at the roof but didn't see anything, although I'm not sure if I was looking in the right place (or what exactly I should be looking for). I guess I'm going to have to wait until it rains again, but I'm fearing the worst.

I get concerned about my family’s church. The teaching is very good, but there’s churches in the denomination that have gone astray. What will my family choose when it comes - & it will come - to our church? What will the church leaders choose? What will my role be?

A family member & buddy are big NASCAR fans – we went to the Michigan race Sunday & Monday. It’s so exciting! So fast! I don’t care for it generally, have a passing interest due to family & others who are big fans, but it’s quite the event to go to!
Buescher won last week & won yesterday too. Truex Jr had faster car but couldn’t quite get it done.
Sunday too damp (they call it misty) but they were able to finish it Monday!
