I do agree they're statistically different... but it doesn't pan out to some comical manner which I see some feminist's attest.

It's human nature to want to be manipulative to get what you want... I see no reason to think men are any worse in this matter.

I've seen plenty of women who get old and ugly start developing problematic behaviors you see ugly men have. I've had some of these women try to bully me into relationships with them.

When put in a similar circumstance... men and women tend to act the same. Why wouldn't they? You hardly need to be taught to be entitled. And I strongly disagree that men are taught to be entitled to women. Growing up in a conservative household I was taught as a man I should be kinder and gentler to women. I rejected that.. something that makes feminists furious.

Conservatives too.. but feminism is really a form of social conservativism.

At an awards show Madonna who was pushing 60 at the time... made out with a man about 30 years her junior. The man initially made a disgusted look on his face.. despite being metoo'ed he had to argue with feminists afterwards that he wasn't actually disgusted to make out with someone who could be his mother.

Why should I listen to these people when it comes to lecturing us about entitlement? He should have reported her for sexual assault. Instead he was guilt tripped into pretending to enjoy it to spare her fragile and entitled ego.

I know Madonna recently made a comment about how it's because of a sexist society that older women are viewed as less attractive. How isn't this an entitlement mindset? In evolutionary terms.. this is total nonsense.. and she should be laughed out of sight.. but somehow in this society that men are entitled in.. she feels comfortable enough making such a stupid statement.

She is ugly. I'm not going to pretend she's equivalent some feminine 20 something. As a short man.. I'm not obligated to be any more kind about women's body image issues as they are with mine.

It seems like it only takes 3rd party video players. If you're concerned about anonymity you could create a spoof email, make a spoof imgur account and do a similar thing with the youtube example.

This wasn't one sided. Certain incel type posts and threads were recently posted right here in Singles and comments were made about those specific attitudes and posts. Comments were not made about all men in general. No one in this thread has stated that women are faultless or even good. I certainly didn't and I don't believe that. If female posters had recently been sharing similar hatefulness towards men I would have spoken up and said much the same. I don't care if some random feminists somewhere are saying nonsense. I'm concerned only about the professing Christians right here in Singles who are posting nonsense. In fact, most of my attention was focused on the complaints made about God.

The truth is simple : if you profess to be a Christian, act like one. You don't have the right to be bitter and hateful and entitled. Period. If you.want to be a jerk then at least have the decency and respect to leave God out of it. Both genders are sinful and deserve nothing from God. There. That's true equality. If someone is mean and rude to you, guess what you still don't get to hate them and retaliate. That's called being a Christian. Remember the Sermon on the Mount ?

If membes of either gender want to bite and devour the opposite sex, then go ahead. Just don't expect to be blessed or in good standing with God.

We probably agree on more things than you realize. I'm not a fan of extreme feminist views or shaming men. That's awful. I also do not care for the body positivity movement in general and I certainly don't think it's funny if women mock men for being short or unattractive. That's vile behavior. I can see why you might not feel any sense of chivalry for those types lol. Their behavior is more savage than feminine.

My whole reason for posting in this thread in the first place ( I started this whole discussion) is that I was disturbed by the comments that professing Christians were posting about God. I realize that you no longer believe in God, but I think that you can agree with me that it is irrational for Christians to profess to follow God and love him and complain about him at the same time. Also, if you are a non- Christian different rules apply : you can have an eye for an eye mentality and be very justice minded. I see that you want to give feminists a dose of their own medicine. Which many would deserve. I can understand the desire to even the score, haha. I don't really recall seeing such types of comments from females in Singles before, but if some do get posted, I can guarantee you that I would help you shut down those posters/ threads. I don't like misogyny or misandry.

But if some here are professing to be Christian, they need to be a little more forgiving and not allow themselves to indulge in retaliation or bitterness.

My friend if you're using evolution as the arbiter of your morality you're going to agree with far more heinous things than what you've disagreed to here. For example, in evolutionary terms you should have no problem with rape if it's successful in propagating genes. Maybe before you condemn someone for their statement you should establish if any of your morals can be authoritative over another persons rather than taking their existence as inherent for granted.

I know this is a light hearted thread so I won't bog it down with morality debates (there's already plenty of them on this website) but just thought it was worth mentioning seeing as you were pointing out hypocrisy.

I think anti-marriage might be more MGTOW (Men Going Their Own Way) than incel, but they're both part of a broader collective who have problematic views regarding women and relationships which Wikipedia calls the Manosphere.

It’s more so the fact we are just aware that it’s said within the context of past comments and threads that were clearly just bitter and incel-ly. It’s sad seeing some of them because they’re just ridiculous and offensive.
