I think anger been normalized by the culture. So much of the media is about being angry at something or someone, finding problems in things. But anger is a poison to the body. It can cause high blood pressure, migraines, gastrointestinal issues, and rapid heart rate. There is a quote that goes, "Weak people revenge, strong people forgive, intelligent people ignore." Trying to get revenge backfires. Forgiving lets you be happy. Ignoring lets you be happiest lol.

You can't even forgive, because people are willing to change.

You can forgive them for their ignorance. "Father forgive them, for they know not what they do." Maybe they misjudge you because of their own biases. Maybe they are so emotional they just lash out at random people, not understanding the damage they do. Or they think they are helping even though they aren't. Even if you can't find a reason to forgive, it's worthwhile for your own mental and physical health to let things go as much as you can and as quickly as possible.

I feel like I'm just getting too old to be angry all the time, but I feel like there is so much injustice in the world. It's hard not to have negative feelings about it.

I only limit my online posting to this website.. I can't imagine how much time I'd waste if I posted on Twitter or something.

Does anybody else why wonder hotel rooms only have one bathroom or is it just me, lol?!

Larger hotel rooms/suites can have more than one bathroom, but for standard hotel rooms I don't think there's really a pressing need for another one. Most guests will be absolutely fine with just one and for hotel rooms having more than one would result in the hotel having fewer rooms as each room is now bigger.

That's the thing, though; we were in a suite. It had a kitchen and everything, but only one bathroom. So, I don't know. I guess it is just me, then. That is what I think about when I should be sleeping but can't. Thank you for your reply!

I’m not the best at public speaking, but I’ve been getting tongue-tied a lot at work lately. It makes me feel inept & like I shouldn't have my job.

I've noticed for awhile I have been pronouncing words wrong. And others are doing it also.
