It's so true. I remember one friend's mom was in the hospital or something and he was at a loss as to how to heat a frozen lasagna in the oven, ha, ha.In all seriousness, it's sad how many men do not have basic cooking skills because they were never properly taught. Myself included. I can use the microwave. lol
Lol! I hate laundry, but it can be relaxing sometimes.

I've been looking too. I want a better Mic when I play games and voice chat. And also, I've been kicking around the idea of starting some kind of streaming, but I need camera, sound stuff, and some editing expertise, and probably some photography skills-- none of which I have XDI'm looking for a good microphone for my YouTube channel and for podcasts that won't break the bank.
Praying! Please pray for my mother and myself. I am having to do a lot of overtime lately, and she is having to undergo major dental surgery on Monday, upon which she says she will be out of commission for a few days, and, I imagine, even with prescribed painkillers she will be dealing with a bit of recurring pain for a while, too.
Speaking of food and cooking, I'm making Bourbon Pork Carnitas for dinner.A man knowing how to cook - that's attractive.
I rarely cook. Either someone else cooks it, or it's a quick meal (microwave or oven heating something frozen), or take out.
It seems to be the same person who's writing them, so maybe on the one hand you have to admire their dedication. But the blurb for all of them reads "We scoured the web to look at the hard evidence to determine the question you’re asking…Is x a Christian Band?". Who's asking that question? The Christian Forums Blog is an odd place to be; it's just page after page of "is so and so a Christian band?" - To save you some time, the answer is always no.
They're not small posts either, they're dissertations. Who's writing them?

May the Lord have mercy on his soul. I was wondering after him only the other day. We really owe a lot to his popular reintroduction of divine council theology. He will be missed.Saddened to hear Dr. Michael Heiser passed away today. He taught me a lot about the unseen realm, which he is witnessing right now!
You are right. I can't imagine the Muslims defending us when we need help. The Satanists and atheists are trying very hard to get rid of us.Getting a little tired of this "As Christians, we need to defend religious freedom for everyone because if they go after the [insert group here], they could come after us next" foolishness. Imagine being a Christian in first-century Rome and saying, "It's diametrically-opposed to everything we believe in, but we really need to defend the civic cult so they'll come to our cause when we're facing persecution." Sorry to say, any non-Christian religion is antichrist; they won't come to our aid. Nor should we, as subjects of the Great King of the Cosmos commit high treason by aiding and abetting adverse powers opposed to the Lord Jesus Christ, by coming to theirs. I realise a couple of my examples may seem absurd on first blush. It's flat batty this has become a controversial opinion.
LGBTQIA+ stuff seems to be universally condemned on this board, so I hope I’m safe posting this: A friend posted a trans & rainbow flag on his profile. I know he’s very serious about his faith, Biblical inherency, etc. So I was surprised to see him post it. He thinks it’s a way of showing love. But if I want to show solidarity with people who are struggling with inappropriate content addiction or other heterosexual deviancies, & yes heterosexual deviances are just as sinful as homosexuality, I don’t post a picture of a naked woman.
I’d say how this is how this stuff starts but we are well beyond that. Our current culture will be unrecognizable in 50 years, & unfortunately most of us here WILL BE on the losing end.
I think Christians need to be firmer on heterosexual deviances. We look hypocritical being harsh on homosexuality but letting heterosexuality deviancies slide. Which is pretty much classified as anything sexual outside of a marriage relationship. So repent!
