In Denmark we have a drought. It's so dry farmers have begun to water their grass for their cows.

I seriously don't miss being a dairy herdsman - the summer months were a constant struggle. My fields were like billiard tables by July.

The cows were usually very acquiescent to it to be honest. They understood the situation.

Prayer request: My knee and alignment (sports orthotics) resolution. It's been a painful process massaging and scraping, but I'm hopeful that I can be running soon again. Mymarathon is in October and I want to be sure not to jump in too soon.

Meeting this week with someone from my high school that has terminal cancer. We just established a friendship last Summer at a 30-year high school reunion. Pray that I have the right words to say and encouragement as a sister in Christ. Thank you!

And this shouldn't be last, but I really want to cultivate a discipline for daily quiet times. Since I have not been training I've had lots of an excuse for not being in the word. The Lord has blessed me despite my lack of discipline and desire.

I have prayed for you, Miss Sampa. In particular that your company will be a blessing and a pleasant time for your friend who is facing death right now.

We’re facing the same but there’s little discussion. According to the experts, moderate to exceptional drought covers 45.0% of the United States including Puerto Rico.

I knew there was some but the number is surprising. Since they’re quiet it probably isn’t their doing.

Interesting how my area is considered "abnormally dry," but we did quite well with rain. Prayers for rain and moisture to those who need it the most

I just got this sudden urge to relive a part of my childhood that I never remembered even finding all that nostalgic when I happened to see Saved By the Bell: The College Years, scrolling by Netflix just now.


.... Hardly remember any of this outside of Kelly Kapowski having an illicit affair with one of the gang's professors ... who was in his thirties. Other than that ... one bit of uncomfortable antics, I am kind of finding this show goofy and harmless, and now sort of wish my college had had coed dorms so that I could have teamed up with three cute girls and two guy friends from my not-so-great high school to get into all sorts of awesome trouble.


At this moment Kelly and the other two ladies are off to karate class and the three guys Zack, Slater, and Screech are setting their residence adviser for a date with the literature professor he has a crush on, in order to get him out of the way for a poker night.
