Actually, counseling given to women before they abort is generally given at the abortion clinic. They have counselors on staff to do so.Secular counseling condones abortion. People sometimes get counseling when considering the matter, whether professionally or medically like a nurse or even family and friends.
I'm sure there are many counselors who don't work for a specifically Christian organization that are Pro-Life. There are quite a few Pro-Lifers who are liberals, or even atheists out there. None that I can think of among the regulars of E&M, but I know some personally on another site.
I don't think that most counselors (who don't work in abortion clinics) really discuss abortion with their clients, unless the client is having a hard time dealing with something to do with abortion (a few examples being: a friend that is getting one, a family member that got one, or the client getting one in the past and regretting it now). And if a client did have an issue to do with abortion, I don't think the counselor would state their opinion on the matter -- their job is to listen to what their client thinks.
I have a suspicion that you haven't had very much experience with Secular Counseling, though I could be mistaken.
