Omphalism says that God created the earth with embedded scars.

Yes, I think they would as that's the core of the spiritual journey that I'm on.
The hard part for me though is the passion in which the Beguines approach God.
I've learned a lot from the Beguines in a lot of ways.
I've found that women spirituality, particularly that of the Beguines, seems to be a lot fuller and vibrant and embodied in a way that feeds my soul.
